Hotel is very clean and provide a breakfast in the morning. Room is very nice as well. Also, near by BWI. I recommend you to stay here :)

Las personas que realizan el servicio de recogida del aeropuerto no tiene idea de atención al cliente nos reunieron a mí y a un señor no recalcaron durante todo el viaje que es un favor que no teníamos derecho a pedir nada el hombre empezó a insultar y lo mismo pasó con el otro muchacho que fue aún más agresivo con nosotros la verdad sí deja mucho que desear el servicio

Our stay was fine once we found the hotel. We arrived right before dark and the sign was not lit up, so we had trouble finding the hotel. Other than that, our stay was lovely and everyone we interacted with was super helpful.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté d'un grand centre commercial, de restaurants et supermarchés. Il est à environ 45 mn du centre de Washington. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées, le petit déjeuner est très bien (œufs, saucisses, yaourts, gaufres, fruits secs...) Charlotta et son manager sont absolument adorables. Ils se mettent en quatre pour vous faire plaisir, et sont toujours souriants. Un vrai plaisir de rentrer à l'hôtel après une journée de visite et d'être reçu si chaleureusement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.

I will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine.

I had a really good stay at this hotel overall. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room felt comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and stay smooth. The facilities were also good and met my expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Great location there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Close to Third eye Comics for events.

Nothing fancy but very clean, breakfast good, employees very nice. Only problem was no but no elevator was a challenge. I am sure we could have arranged a ground level room had we stayed longer.
