The location of the pool makes it perfect for sunbathing or enjoy the lovely mediterranean breeze in the afternoon. You can also pick up some tree fruits at the garden like loquats, oranges or lemons. The property has been refurbished and its cosy and bright rooms are distributed over two floors. Its decoration and details, which combine a Mallorcan and modern style, give it a unique and singular touch. It has three living rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a cheerful and comfortable living room with TV, and a separate dining room with access to a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils.
