A self-contained holiday home with large deck and sweeping views, just an hour and a half drive from Adelaide. Located in a quiet area of Clayton Bay within walking distance to cafe, yacht club, foreshore and caravan park. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee machine and the dining and living areas all have views to the lagoon and river. There are 3 bedrooms with the ability to sleep up to 7 people, the master has views and an ensuite. The large, elevated deck area is perfect for alfresco dining or just to relax and take in the view, there is also a BBQ for outdoor cooking.The house is equipped with games and activities for all to enjoy and a large, enclosed yard for playing cricket or footy and a firepit for those cooler evenings. Bring your 'water toys' and head to the foreshore to launch for an afternoon of fun on the river (we have a large yard with enough parking for car and trailers).
