Pool heating is an extra $100/night. If you want the pool heated before your arrival we can send someone on our team to do so in the morning of your arrival for $100. The pool can take anywhere from 4-8 hours to get to the desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi in about 30 mins-1 hour depending on the temperature outside. Please note, this house sleeps up to 16 people MAX. The SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT BREAKDOWN: 1 bedroom with 1 King Bed + 2 Bedrooms with 2 queen beds (10 people total) + 6 Floor Mattresses (6 people total).
