There are several nice towns nearby such as Marion, Spruce Pine, Bakersville, and Burnesville that have shops and dining year round. In the winter months be prepared for snow/ and or ice covered roads including our driveway. We cannot guarantee that the driveway will be cleared due to unpredictable weather and the lack of snow removal equipment.
