Everything you need for a comfortable stay we try to provide. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shopping, entertainment, Kailua Pier, where the Ironman championship starts, all the town's holiday parade, and the Kokua Kailua Stroll. The unit is immaculate and organized. It is very spacious and comfortable for 2 to 4 people. An oversized walk-in shower and a shower head make it feel like you are taking a bath in the rain, a front loader washing machine and dryer, there is a lot of storage/closet, a renovated kitchen with electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster/oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. The room has a king-size bed, office table and chair, and a Smart TV with movie- -on-demand. There are two terrace areas where you can hang out and barbeque or read a book located on the 3rd floor, by the far right end from unit 318, and the second, located on the 4th floor overlooking Alii Dr. There is a swimming pool on the first floor which is gated.
