For every additional guest who stays at the condo (in addition to the number of guests on the reservation), there is a $100 per guest fee.We have a front porch with chairs as well as a backyard with grill and dining table for your entertainment. The outdoor space is shared with the other half of the duplex.All bedrooms are upstairs which require stairs.
