Our unique spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a slope side balcony is located on the main level of Dakota Lodge in River Run Village. This home is an end unit with no neighbors on either side. Enjoy easy walking distances (within 75 yards, 5 minutes or less) to ski slopes, the gondola, and good restaurants. Enjoy beautiful mountain and slope views from every room. This south facing home has more windows than a typical River Run unit. Walk right out to our year-round heated pool, hot tubs, and sauna on one side of the building and on the other side walk out to an ice-skating rink in the winter or mini-golf in the summer as well as a playground. You also have key card access to pool tables at Buffalo Lodge. Plus to top it all off there is a Pinball machine set to free play in the unit!This comfortable family-friendly condo easily sleeps 6 with room for pack-n-plays in each bedroom. The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior. Parking is on the street side of the complex and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). There are a few shallow exterior steps down from the parking lot to the ground level where the unit is accessed, about a 30-second walk. If you have extra cars in your group, or if you arrive too late to secure a space, we will provide an overnight permit to park in the Town of Dillon lot, which is half a mile away (a 15-minute walk up/down a hill that may be icy in the winter).Other things to noteFor bookings of 29 days or longer, a signed lease agreement and a 1 month security deposit will be required. Failure to sign the lease and/or pay the security deposit will result in the reservation being canceled. For bookings longer than 7 but less than 29 nights, our hospitality team will perform a full cleaning after every 7-day period. This ensures your stay remains comfortable and the property is maintained to the high standards our guests expect. These cleanings include fresh towels, replenished toilet paper, and a fully made bed with clean linens.
