The house is quietly stationed at the end of a cul de sac which grants plenty of privacy. It is situated on 1.1 acres of gardens and ponds and has a deck that runs the entire length of the house, as well as a large sunroom that allows viewing of the river from inside by all. The architecture is suggestive of a provencal village in Denmark with white paint and red roof, providing a classic ambiance with all the modern comforts to make your stay in the heart of the redwoods memorable and relaxing. The Villa has been extensively renovated using top of the line finishes including granite tile, new white oak hardwood flooring, as well as new appliances, lighting and furniture. An open floor plan and big windows allow unobstructed views of the redwoods and the Smith River. No matter the season, your visit will enjoy the outdoors as well as indoors. The first floor offers an expansive kitchen-dining room layout. The dining area features plenty of seating with a table for 12 to host family gatherings. Just up the road from the Park is the quaint little town of Hiouchi, which offers a 9 hole golf course, a cafe with BigFoot size pancakes and a small hamlet store for obtaining groceries and gas.
