Very private backyard with brand new hot tub, large patio with Barbeque. Surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler in the 2 car attached garage.There is also a stand up paddle board and 2 bicycles in the garage.The house is perfect for 4 adults and up to 4 kids. Possibly 6 adults and 2 kids, but that would be a bit cramped.
