It's an easy walk, bike ride or you can take the Bethany open-air Trolley for just a quarter. A two minute walk will bring you to the pool, tennis court, pickle ball and basketball areas. There's a small play area for children with swings for both toddlers and big kids. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice maker and garbage disposal. There is a microwave oven, coffee machine. Dishes, table ware, glasses, pots and pans are at your disposal. There is also a washer/dryer in the house. The dining area seats 6. In the living room there is a 32" TV with Roku box to login and access all your favorite Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix shows and there is wifi available throughout the house. The outdoor deck is furnished with a table and seating for 6 along with an outdoor closet with a few beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. There is also an outdoor shower available to clean up after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 3 beds - 1 bunk bed 1 twin size bed. These two rooms share a full bath with shower/tub combination.
