It is a large, beautifully sunlight two-story house. The house and pools were designed by well-known Costa Rican architects. The house has an open feel, with many windows and a comfortable sea breeze throughout. The house has three bedrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen, a breakfast balcony, an enclosed patio, and two and a half bathrooms. It opens to a terrace that overlooks the swimming pools and the garden. The house is fully furnished and equipped, with wireless internet, air conditioning, fans and TV. There is parking in the front for 2-3 cars. The furniture in the house sleeps 7. Maid service is available once a week. The house has two attached swimming pools, a large pool for adults and a smaller children's pool, with a waterfall from one pool to the other. Playas de Coco is a small but lively town with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops, drugstores and banks.
