"The biggest plus for this hotel is the price. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfy and the heating works fine. Our family of 4 (2A2K) were very comfortable living there. There's limited facilities with only one washer/dryer. On the downside, the common areas have room for improvement; there's a sewage smell in the lift areas, the waterproof sealing is poor quality (the sink in the room moves and the sealing on the shower floor is peeling off); but for this price, these are small and acceptable niggles. The location is great with good cheap eateries nearby including a Luckin Coffee. The Xintiandi shopping centre is very accessible with a minibus service (service numbers 1, 4 and 7 ;10 minute ride & get off at Jiaoshan primary school stop and walk 150m) that has plenty of shopping and things for kids to do. It even has a good gym on the 5th floor (Mariss Gym, single entry of RMB20). Definitely would consider booking again. 最大優勢是價錢，非常划算。房間乾净，舒服，暖氣空調正常工作。我們一家兩大兩小住得好。設施有限，只有一部洗衣機有烘乾功能。缺點就公用設施比較“有進步空間”；樓梯位置有很大臭水味道；房間浴室，水盆防水膠優質有限 （水盆會動，淋浴房開始脫掉）；但是這個價錢來講是小事情。 位置不錯，有很多地方又評又好吃，也有公車到新天地廣場附近。新天地廣場有很多小朋友的節目，五樓還有一間健身房給我用。 下次來會考慮再住。"
