"本次入住的民宿在環境與地理位置上優勢顯著。客房推窗即享景區般景緻，視野開闊且空氣清新；距大邊溝景區車程僅十餘分鐘，次日清晨前往可停靠景區近鄰停車場，能有效規避擁堵，為行程節省了時間。
但住宿體驗存在明顯不足，與一千餘元的房費不匹配。客房初看乾淨透亮，仔細觀察卻發現床單殘留頭髮，枕頭上有疑似血漬或油漬的印記；衞生間淋浴後地面積水嚴重，排水功能失效，影響使用便利性。
此外，民宿餐廳管理混亂問題突出。尤其在假期遊客集中時段，用餐秩序雜亂，工作人員尤其是餐廳女經理應對能力不足。雖能感受到餐廳經理較為忙碌，但整體統籌協調效果不佳，未能有效疏導客流、保障服務質量。
作為毗鄰4A級景區的民宿，未來接待量預計持續穩定，建議從長遠經營角度出發，加強餐廳管理人員與一線員工的專業培訓，提升服務意識與應急處置能力，確保在客流高峯時也能提供有序、優質的服務，進一步匹配景區周邊的住宿定位。"

NNaernenaerne兩家人一起去遊玩，訂的兩間普通三人房間，不知道什麼原因給我們免費升級了。酒店四合院模式，設施齊全但有些舊。衞生一般般，房間比較潮，床上的靠枕都已經發黴長毛了，第二天才發現..酒店整體環境還是不錯的，小四合院裏四間房，周圍有山有水風景也不錯。服務很周到，總體還是比較滿意的。
