I had a booking of 2 days from 11-13 june and paid all the amount in advance by credit card. There was a very strange policy that we cannot check in after 10:00 pm. I landed at 8:30 and the immigration line was too long so I was able to reach there by 10:20 but no body was there and they didn’t sent me the code. However, my friend helped me a lot by letting me live at his house for the same night. On the next day, I had a booking too but Heathrow ensuite rooms cancelled the booking of the next day too. This is not at all fair. Before coming, they took e-signature on a long big form where the policies were mentioned as they were the policies of a house rent agreement. They shouldn’t have cancelled the next day booking. This is not right. When I called them as well as booking.com(from where I booked the room) both said that it was written in the policies and we are not able to help you. They are looting us. That night was a nightmare for me. Also , I would like to thank trip advisor for sharing my view.
