An amazing experience from start to finish. Following a delayed flight we arrived well after midnight and were welcomed with cool flannels and fresh lemonade. Check in was seamless and our bags were taken to our room. The following morning we could appreciate just how beautiful the grounds are and how well maintained the hotel/pools are. All the staff are amazing, friendly and work so hard. The food is fantastic, especially the desserts - WOW! The evening entertainment was so fun and inclusive, Wako was brilliant at getting everyone involved and setting the mood. We will definitely be back!

It was simply fantastic! I had a massage and a light facial. They were extremely relaxing and soothing. The prices were reasonable as well. Maria was an incredible masseuse and the over all spa experince was super I can definitelt highly recommend

Not a good experience or hotel. When we arrived we had to wait an hour in line to check in as only one person was on the reception. We eventually got our room and the staff took us the wrong way like they dont even know their own premises. Room full of ants after 12 hours, reception hasn't moved us. Still stuck in it and told to call each time there's an ant infestation. We are half board and went to the beach to enjoy some of the sun. A staff member comes over and tells us its €10 to sit on the sunbed the hotel we are paying for owns! Not only that but the food selection is bad. Lack of fruits and bread, weak options. Wouldn't recommend.

An amazing hotel. We were greeted on the first day at check in with cool flannels and a fresh chilled lemon drink. Then our bags were taken to our room by the lovely staff. The rooms are perfect and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The pools are lovely with plenty of sunbeds to choose from . There is a pool bar and food bar which is great. The food is lovely with plenty to choose from. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel. The entertainment is the best I've seen . Daily yoga, auqa fit, and there's something on every evening such as bingo , live music and quizzes all helped with the friendly entertainment and activities manager. He's awesome. Also a sandy beach straight infront of the hotel. Just perfect. Definitely a beautiful place to stay.

Great hotel, lovely staff very friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted with a cool flannel and cold lemonade Rooms are air conditioned very well appointed and cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding Enjoyed the evening entertainment I would recommend this hotel close to the beach and shops lots to do if want or just chill by one of the pools

Really amazing hotel and spa, stuff are really helpful, and really friendly would highly recommend booking a holiday here, I've enjoyed so much I'm coming again next year for a 11 amazing days Night time entertainment is on point..... get booking you wouldn't regret it!!!

i can not fault this place, the food was amazing , facilities was incredible, so kind, we went out to the club and was the safest feeling ever, the staff are outstanding, the hotel is so clean daily cleaning! i love this place and coming back 100%. the pool was so nice and relaxing, the beach was outstanding! just everything about Crete was incredible. such an experience!!!!

Fantastic holiday great location lovely beach the food and drinks were amazing staff were friendly, helpful and attentive absolutely faultless experience hotel was clean well kept and well presented with a great pool and the beach was just meters away the sea was crystal clear and warm we will definitely be returning thank you to all the staff.

First time in Crete, won’t be the last Hotel was amazing, friendly staff who cannot do enough for you, My husband is gluten and was looked after in the a-la cart restaurant Couldn’t do enough, Maria in the restaurant always greeted us with a smile George in the bar looked after us with the drinks Amazing grounds and a stone throw from the beach Vako was amazing with the entertainment So friendly and always made every one feel included in everything, Made our holiday so much more enjoyable And the a-la cart restaurant You must try Amazing service and the food wow, Cannot Waite to come back again next year

2nd time to this fabulous hotel. We came for a chilled holiday and that is what we got. The hotel is very clean and your room is spotless. All of the staff are very polite and so helpful , nothing is too much trouble . The food is plentiful and lots of choice . Konstantinos from the kitchen was so lovely and friendly . All staff work extremely hard. Beach bar staff Eleni & Kostas were great Vegalis & George thank you for your attentive service in the evening . You get 1 A La Carte meal with your stay , the food is good but the same choices as last year. Wacko the solo entertainment guy works hard to get everyone involved and is so friendly. The only draw back is the hotel repeats its entertainment program weekly so if you are there longer than 1 week it is monotonous. The hotel is near the town so easy to walk into and sample the bars and cocktails. We spent our day on the beach , easy to get a sun bed without having to get up early . Nesta who tends the beach always looks out for you . We will definitely return again.

2nd Year here and took the whole family this time. 7 of us different ages and different likes. We all had a fabulous time. The hotel is so relaxed yet the staff work so very hard to ensure everything is just so. Keep doing what you do so well. Fab hotel amazing location, food was excellent. Only thing I would like to see change is the entertainment, same as last year would be nice to see something different also more competition in the day such as pool or darts however the entertainment guy was fab. Bar staff so good however all inclusive cocktails selection poor unless you paid for them, then they were excellent. We will be back maybe not next year but in a couple of years time. Thank you All the staff.

We stayed there in October 2024. The hotel felt a bit overpriced for the room we got, but the incredibly friendly staff, from the bar to the pool and the fantastic entertainment program made up for it. We enjoyed music, dance and entertainment every evening. Yoga and the animation were also great! The gym could be larger and better equipped, though. All in all, we would come back.

We travelled in October 2024 with young children, having previously visited twice before when the hotel was Blue Sentido. The hotel is very clean and nice, however, this hotel does not cater at all for children - our children were very disappointed at the poor mini disco and turning up when mini disco was supposed to be on and it wasn't. Years ago the mini disco used to be held in the main bar area so parents could enjoy a drink. However, they put the mini disco on in the outskirts of the hotel where it was so dark, poor sound system, no atmosphere at all. It was shocking. Almost all the guests at this hotel frowned upon the kids as if it should be an adults only hotel. We didn't feel welcome at all with the kids. There is nothing for kids to do during the day and nothing in the evening. The evening entertainment is not great. And the bar area is full of older German people smoking and being very loud. On a positive note, the hotel is very clean and staff are friendly but the place has a weird atmosphere with nothing for children. We asked for a sea view room but were put into the Annex building which felt really shut off from everything. Lots of mosquitos around. I got around 20 bites during our 7 day stay. Manager was very nice but kids facilities and entertainment very poor. Wouldn't return.

Nice and traditional greek style hotel just on the seaside. We were a family with three kids - enjoyed most of the hotel offerings: comfortable rooms, delicious and variuos food, friendy staff. If there were any issues - all of them were sorted out. Great sports instructor - me and daughters loved zumba and latino dance in the mornings and water aerobics in the afternoon. As for other entertainment: belly dance, latino show and greek BBQ nights were the best. Sea was usually with high waves and kids were so happy to catch the waves all the time. Good variety of coctails for AI option and delicious ice-cream. The hotel is just a few minutes away from small town, so if anything needed, it's just nearby. The only minus of the hotel - poor younger kids entertainment, no mini disco in kid's area and no invitations to do some activities for younger kids. Anyway, sports instructor was even covering this part in the evening s between the shows.
