Cactus Beach Hotel

Good: great food, friendly waiters and reception staff Bad: sheets not changed on arrival. Poor house keeping. 15€ a day for 2 sunbeds is too much on the all inclusive hotel beach. Other beaches were cheaper. No space if you didn't want the sunbed.

Offended and ignored for my money, with a small child involved in this, townspeople, wasted nerves and joking, is such a thing possible?! In which country do we choose to live, in one where only money matters, everything is numbers and that's it, we sell anything to anyone, just to make a profit?! I don't want to believe that we are all without God just for numbers... Deeply disappointed and with a missed vacation...

No words , book somewhere else, will never be back , This hotel is for family that like their kids around drunk chain smokers, no entertainment, icing on the cake was when we discovered we had been sleeping on someone else body fluids all week,

Very small rooms , Over packed buffet, same food every day, not enough sunbeds for size of hotel, two small pools, resultingin haveing to go to beech each day were we had to pay €40 each day for sun bed, no entertainment for abult, local alcohol poor quality, on our last day, I striped our bed to be horrified that we had been sleeping on somebody else's body fluids disgusting Would not recommend

Very nice hotel, very well arranged for the guests to have the best possible time. Would love to come back 👍Good breakfast, very good bread and tomatoes, an informal atmosphere which suits us well. Short way to the beach where we also enjoyed ourselves.

I’m really surprised by such high reviews for this hotel. My gf and I initially booked for 14 nights but ended up moving hotels after 4 nights. The hotel doesn’t feel 4-star, at best 3. The room we stayed in was really small, we were tripping over each other and the furniture. The balcony was very small, you couldn’t move around each other. The hotel has 3 pools but without enough seating, we could never get a sun lounger and even if we had they were uncomfortably close to other people. Two of the days we ended up going down to the beach (5min walk) but having to pay 15 euro a day for sun loungers – not sure what this money is going towards but it is extortionate and also rammed with people. The cost is ridiculous! On arrival for meals, you were welcomed and sat down quickly which was good but the food was average at best and the soft drinks out the machines not quite right. The dining hall layout is really silly so that it is hard to find the type of food you’d like and you are constantly bumping into people. The all-inclusive drinks were good and service was fast, we found the staff as overall friendly and helpful, that being said we though we thought the reception staff could have been more helpful, especially when we complained about our situation. The hotel is very family orientated being very loud at all times with kids everywhere. We could even hear them in the corridor from our room. The atmosphere for us was simply not relaxing at all. As I said at the start, I think this hotel is mis sold and is not a 4-star hotel which is disappointing and forced us to pay to move in order to enjoy our holiday.
