We booked 4 rooms in February. When we arrived on June 23rd, only 3 were available. We are a group of 8 adults and 3 children. The receptionist’s outrageous “solution” was to send 2 adults and a 1-year-old baby to another hotel for the night — after an exhausting 8-hour drive — and to leave behind the grandparents who don’t even speak English. Unacceptable and disrespectful. The rooms are nowhere near 5-star quality — more like 3 stars, and that’s being generous. On the first night, we were crammed into a suite with 2 other adults and 3 children, sleeping on a couch. The next day, even after lunch, they still didn’t have the promised room ready. Absolutely disorganized and unprofessional. Cleanliness is a joke. For a supposed 5-star hotel, housekeeping should be done daily, and the minibar restocked — none of that happened. The standards here are shockingly low. Avoid this hotel if you value your money, comfort, and basic respect as a guest.
