Very beautiful and romantic place. Everything is perfect including the freshly various kinds of breakfast. We spent wonderful time and had unforgettable memories there. Thanks the whole staff of the Romantik!

本來對這家酒店希望很大，到了以後發現簡直設施太陳舊。服務沒一樣好的，首先客房不提供拖鞋，免費礦泉水，都不提供。房間毛巾灰灰的。前台和走廊遇到任何一個員工都面無表情，也不知道驕傲個什麼勁，沒有禮貌用語。最可惡的退房的時候莫名其妙説我們有晚餐消費100歐元，我説你拿出我晚餐簽字賬單，前台工作人員馬上改口説：哦，你們沒用晚餐啊，那我給你免除掉。這麼明顯的搶錢比**都可恨，如果退房不仔細核對，肯定莫名其妙要被騙100歐元。

這家酒店幾乎毀了我們一家出遊的全部好心情。我們入住的第二天是我夫人生日，所以我們挑了這家寫着景色排名當地第一的酒店，並且選擇了套房，按照訂房時的照片介紹，這間房的陽台是面對湖的，湖景非常漂亮。為了這間房，我們付出了一晚近七千人民幣，並且訂了三晚。到了酒店入住後，我們發現房間陽台不面湖，有一個地方能看到湖，要從幾間房的屋頂上看過去，景色和網站照片完全不同。於是我們和酒店溝通，説這間房就是我們訂的房，我們拿出照片，仍然説沒有差別。我們讓攜程幫忙溝通，酒店仍然説既不能調房間，也不能提前退房。怎麼説呢，作為一個經常住酒店的人，面對這種無賴，我也是無計可施。 Ps.我們住了三晚，有兩晚入住了台灣旅行團，他們對台灣人非常客氣，我見了兩個台灣客人要求升房就免費升了。 我們退房時，要收我們33歐元，説迷你吧費用，我説我沒有動min迷你吧裏任何東西，確實沒收，但那表情就是我非要耍**佔他們便宜，讓我吃了蒼蠅一樣噁心🤮

1、景觀一流，好幾個餐廳，都在湖邊最好的景觀位。餐點口味也不錯。價格適中。樓內佈置也處處用心。2、酒店湖濱泳池恆温30度，底是玻璃的，遊起來不冷，和湖看似一體。3、服務考慮周到。入住發一個手冊，指示樓內怎麼走。很清晰。前台也很熱情。4、房間設施老了點，也不大，沒熱水壺。衞生還行。

在湖區最好的選擇，早餐非常喜歡，一定留好充裕的時間吃早餐，這樣的話就可以感受到靜靜地看着湖景喝着咖啡的愜意

這家酒店是湖區最好的一家酒店 無論外面還是裏面都太美了 感覺衹住了一晚都不夠啊 酒店早餐也是超級好吃😋服務人員都超級NICE 我想以後還會帶家人去度假的 哦對了 就是我們過去的時候正好碰上了奧地利最熱的幾天 酒店是沒有製冷空調的 所以那天睡覺還蠻熱的 但是晚上室外非常的涼快

很方便，看景色也很美，早起可以跑步

I arrived at this hotel on Sept 16th 2024 after driving in from Salzburg. It was fairly easy to find however it was initially unclear where the reception/lobby entrance was and I drove further down thru the mini tunnel to find out I had to go back around and find a place to temporarily park to find out where the onsite parking was. The staff at the reception is very friendly and welcoming. A young man I think his name was Viktor went with me and even helped me to park further down the street, took my bags into the lobby and even provided me a sparkling wine. Later I was able to access my room since I had arrived early. The room was the Emperor suite and was a good size with a lovely view of the lake. The room had a large bathroom with shower and bidet; a separate wc, the bedroom, and a good size balcony to sit and watch the beautiful views. The room also had a well stocked minibar with beer, soft drinks, liquor, and champagne. The only complaint I have is with their restaurant. At about 12:30pm I entered their restaurant located right on the shore of Wolfgangsee, I waited a few minutes for that head lady in charge to seat me. I ordered some smoked fish with a salad which was delicious. My complaint is with the service there in the restaurant, after I had eaten and finished my beer that head lady just kept walking around and didn't even ask if I wanted anything more. After a long time of waiting I had resigned myself to just asking for the check but alas that was a chore in itself. Since no one came around I had to walk over to the register for assistance. Then I was able to pay 25 Euro. After I had paid she commented that it did not include the service charge and I replied what service charge and she said "tip". I thought that very unusual and I have only had that occur once in Paris at that Amelie cafe in Montmartre. I have her some coins just to leave and be done with it. I then went to the reception desk and inquired if that was normal and was told it was not. I also commented on it the next morning when checking out. I didn't appreciate her rude service and then having to pay some "tip". For dinner later that same day I went across the street as I didn't want to have a run in again with that lady. In conclusion I would still stay at this hotel because the room and staff in the hotel exceeded my expectations, however next time I will still avoid their restaurant.

We had not been to St Wolfgang for 25 years and we had walked past your hotel and said we would love to stay there. However, our son came along and we could not. But last August 2024 we came with our son and his wife both are 24 years old. They had a week, we stayed 2 weeks. Your hotel is wonderful, pretty, traditional and elegant. Our stay was excellent in every way. The reception staff could not be faulted so helpful. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast chef was lovely and friendly and his eggs and pancakes excellent. Breakfast was out of this world we all loved it. Dinner was great, with plenty to pick from. Our room with balcony and lake view was great. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. There is plenty of things to do at hotel, I had a relaxing massage, it was super. The outside staff looked after us well too. My husband and I had a Salzburg Nockerl a dessert for 2 by the pool it was delicious. The town and shops are lovely with lots to do. We would like to thank you for making our holiday a wonderful and memorable. 10 out of 10. My husband and I are coming again this year in August to celebrate our 50th Golden Wedding Aniversary as we could not think of a better place to celebrate it. I cannot understand the person who gave you one. They must have been in a different hotel to what we were. I would recommend your hotel to anyone. I show everyone my photos of your hotel and food. Beautiful historic hotel situated on the lake in picturesque St Wolfgang. The cuisine was excellent as was the extensive wine list. The Stunning bathing area with its exclusive access to the lake was perfect for afternoon lounging with a drink or two. Gudrun and her team were amazing with special thanks to Munee in the restaurant and Zoltan and Alexandre for their hospitality. My wife loved the frozen yogurt shop also… We look forward to returning soon

A beautiful hotel with breathtaking views over the lake. We booked a half board (HB) Advent break which was truly wonderful experience. The breakfast and dinner offerings were both wonderful and despite being limited on the HB dinner menu we always found delightful dishes that both tasted great and were beautifully presented. The staff could not have been more helpful and were all very pleasant, making the overall experience a joy. The waitress that served us at dinner was extremely helpful - my wife has an allergy to eggs and apples and she went out of her way to check what we could have even checking with chef and ingredient listings on items. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable but despite being a king size bed you do get the typically Austrian two individual duvets (a blessing as my wife steals the covers at home). My brother and his wife did find the pillows were a little soft for them but were supplied additional pillows when they made the request at reception. Overall a great holiday and we will return.

Fantastic hotel and great location. Had a room overlooking the lake spotless everyday. All the team were amazing and so friendly. Food top class couldn’t fault anything. If you like amazing scenery this place is a must and local transport good to get you to other beautiful villages. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so special 👏👏

We have stayed at the Weissen Rossl several times, but not for the last 10 years. This time we brought our daughter and her family, with children aged 7 and 5, for a week's stay. They absolutely loved it! We had two suites with lake views and balconies, and took the halfboard package, so ate delicious four-course meals every night, with a children's menu too. Lots of time on the lakeside, swimming in both pools and in the lake (which was the warmest we've experienced here!), taking the pedalo out, lounging on sunbeds. My son-in-law hired bikes from a shop recommended by the hotel, which was very helpful, and he was able to take the children out on the bike paths round the lake and up the Postalm. And of course we took the cog railway up to the top of the Schafberg, which was a great day out, as well as a couple of boat trips up to St Gilgen for lunch. We had planned to make an excursion to Salzburg but the family were so busy with activities at St Wolfgang that they decided not to bother on this trip. But they are already planning to come back!

I don’t like the room because it’s not my choice they cheated us , and they didn’t want to change it they don’t know how to serve , even the phone in the room was not working , really I never had bad service and rude stuff like this before . Even the guy who was responsible for the restaurant was rude he said all the places beside the lake are reserved in spite of I had reservations since two weeks . Any way It was a very bad experience for us .
