The hotel location is good, just 5 mins walk to the beach and bus terminal where you get bus to Valetta and many other places for €2.5. Hotel gave us leaflets for bus schedule, map when check in which is very good. Many restaurants and convenient stores near by. I was sick after having €12 buffet dinner in the hotel. May be due to small flies on the water melon. Suggest hotel put lids on all food trays. Breakfast is ok with enough choices. Dissapointed on the amenities. Only one bottle of liquid soap for both hair and body. No conditioner. Both pools are with salty water. The indoor pool water is so salty and full of chemical smell. Not suitable for human to swim. It's a scam that hotel charges weekly fee and deposite for in room safety box. Also charge deposite for TV remote.

Hotel OK....Definitely needs a spruce up..Furniture looking pretty old and dated... Unfortunately they didn't mention the building work next door at the time of booking..and opposite is a dumping ground for the building work which is going on...

Have been staying @ Canifor Hotel for several years and it meets my needs.

It’s really great. I spent a great moment in that hotel and everybody was kind and helped me a lot. So I thanked them for things those they have done for me and wow I loved their meals and their services. ❤️ The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the bedroom), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

It was wonderful stay, great location, comfortable bed, good choice breakfast and indoor and outdoor pools.

We have stayed at the Canifor Hotel many times over the years and always have a pleasant stay. The staff are always helpful and friendly the rooms always clean and the food very good. Unfortunately this visit the temperature switch wasn’t working in are room so by day the room was ok but in the evening and through the night we was very cold which spoilt are visit, I did report the problem to receptionist so hopefully the next guests in that room will not be freezing cold and we will return as this was a first

Average place, despite 4* designation. Friendly staff ar reception.

There is lot of food for breakfast, I manage my diet with what they offer with lot of protein Dinner is grate has bbq beef roast beef , fish chicken Grate , staff is grate and helpful need , Hotel need younger vice present to do some upgrades to keep 4 star ⭐️ for what Hotel have it . Maintenance need to be reported from cleaners when Custumer check out , When you do property management for 20 years you can see what normal Custer can not , All staff is excellent love to return next year

Disappointed

Fiz duas reservas para um total de três quartos para casal, sendo um quarto com berço para bebê ou um cama extra, ambas para entrar no mesmo dia sendo que um dos casais saiu dia 05/12/2024 e os demais no dia 06/12/2024. Ao chegar na recepção do hotel, já tivemos nossa primeira situação desagradável pois os quartos não estavam prontos e fizeram uma confusão de quartos que foi inicialmente reservado os quartos 227, 228, e 216, que foi cancelado e trocado para 218 e 218, uma verdadeira falta de profissionalismo para um hotel de nível quatro estrelas. Aponto agora diversas falhas desagradáveis vivenciada no Hotel Canifor, começando que não foi atendido o pedido de berço ou cama extra, o cartão magnético do quarto 218 abria a porta do quarto 212 que era do outro casal, demonstrando que não havia segurança alguma no hotel, e a falta de comunicação não foi positiva, pois pela assistente da recepeção foi informado que o jantar e almoço no hotel o valor era de €20,00 e somente no último dia que ficamos sabendo que na verdade o valor real era de €12,00 por pessoa, e ainda, a televisão dos quartos não funcionavam e não tinham controle. Outro agravante, que não tinha avisos ou sinalizações acerca do cloro na água da piscina, causando grande irritabilidade aos olhos. E o mais desagradável foi a bagunça de desordem generalizada por jovens no hotel até ******* *******. Como estavamos em família e com um bebê, o que esperavamos é ter dias de sossego e tranquilidade, o que não ocorreu. Nossa experiência no Hotel Canifor foi muito ruim e desagradável.

Horrible. Le sobran 2 estrellas. Para empezar, llegué al hotel y no encontraban mi reserva; media hora estuve esperando y la recepcionista muy borde. Me dieron la habitación y cuando entré en ella parecía como si no estuviese preparada. El baño tenía los cristales sucios, con marcas de gotas y manchas, la ducha funcionaba mal a veces, las toallas estaban viejas y con manchas y HABÍA C*CA EN EL RETRETE!!!!!! Los muebles viejos y las sábanas muy viejas y con algún pelo por aquí y por allá. Lo siguiente fue el buffet de la cena. Para empezar, las bebidas no están incluidas; me trajeron el refresco y el chico me extendió la mano en la cara diciendo el precio como diciendo “venga espabila págame”. Apenas había variedad de comida, y no era de buena calidad. Los postres nefastos… dos miserables pasteles. Pero aun peor era el buffet del desayuno: ni un croissant!! Pan de mala calidad y zumo de máquina mala que más que zumo parecía y sabía a agua con colorante. El restaurante muy pequeño y enseguida se llenaba, hasta costaba encontrar sitio! Fue una experiencia desagradable y no volvería a ir nunca. Ahora entiendo por qué el precio era barato para un “supuesto” hotel 4*.

Hotel 4 stelle, paragonabile ad un nostro ottimo tre stelle. L'hotel esteticamente è rimasto negli anni 80, ma i servizi ci sono tutti e questo è importantissimo. Piscine al chiuso e all'aperto. Posizione ottima a due minuti dal capolinea di bugibba Ristorante, colazione InterContinentale Reception 24 ore e tanto altro..
