We absolutely loved it here. We would like to make a special shoutout to Anthony on night shift. He was super helpful, friendly and was eager to help us with anything we needed. Always had a huge smile on his face. The room was clean and in the perfect location. The hot tub was fantastic and the outdoor pool was nice and warm if you wanted a late night dip

Would highly recommend The Fitch. Rooms were immaculate with excellent decor. John was particularly helpful and made me feel very welcome. All Gym equipment is brand new. Slept very well each night and the bathroom was very pleasurable to shower in! Breakfast was the best I’d had in Malta.

I had a fantastic 10 night stay at the fitch hotel. All of the staff were fantastic and the room was kept clean and very comfortable. The gym and rooftop facilities are good for this level of hotel. Breakfast is really tasty and is included I. The room price, overall great value for money

The good: Hotel decor is lovely, brand new and the staff were all very friendly and nice. Breakfast was nice and good quality of ingredients. Location is also great. The bad: There were quite a lot of issues during our stay, the main one being the noise. Brand new hotel and there’s ZERO soundproofing. The noise and the feel of the base from the bar down the road was horrendous until 2/3 AM every night of the week. There was also construction that started at 7am every morning. So you’d be lucky to get 4 hours of quiet. Doors need slow close hinges, all you hear is doors slamming. Shower pressure is non existent, if you have long hair forget about washing it, you won’t get the shampoo out with how bad the pressure is. When I booked the hotel I didn’t see anywhere about ongoing construction or I wouldn’t have booked but it was literally right next to our room and also sounded to come from above. Asked to move rooms but the hotel was full but was also told by reception that every room will have noise as it’s a centre location. When we arrived in the room we had no bath robes so I went to reception to ask for some, as I did, a female member of staff just walked into our room with a clipboard while my partner was changing as they thought the room wasn’t in use. Paid for late check out due to late flight and the housekeeping knocked 4 times to do the room, everytime we had to tell them we paid until 5pm but still had continued knocks. Breakfast was nice but more meat options would be nice instead of paying €3-6 euros for add ons such as bacon etc. Hotel has the potential to be great, lovely staff and gorgeous decor but absolutely would not recommend. Didn’t have a good sleep all week.

I'll try keep this short but theres alot, we had an awful time here. First thing was there was broken door handles in the room, peeling wallpaper and just poor finish work throughout the room, the shower also flooded due to poor drainage! The safes in the room are not secure, they are pretty small and you can just unplug them and walk out the door with them! Reception moved us after our complaint to the exact same room on another floor! We were then woken up at 6am to the phone ringing, we did not answer but minutes later someone attempted to come into the room and then knocked as the door was locked! It was security who asked me when we got here and how long are we staying? Basically reception made an error with our room change and the new staff were unaware of us!! So decided to send security to our room at 6.30am. I went down immediately to reception who told me that I was not checked in on the system and he needed to see if we were there!! Like what!!... I then went and spoke to a manager at 7.30 who then told me that the fire alarm apparently triggered in my room and that's why they came... hmmmm I don't think so, no alarm went off and no LED was lit on the sensor in our room!!... Oh and then later that day I return to my room and housekeeping didn't close the door properly and I just pushed it open!!
