Wonderful stay! It has everything you need for a long or short stay. There is cooking facilities in the cabin which is great for families. Including pots, pans, bowls, chopping boards ect. clean, comfy and convenient. Great comfy bed and a good shower! Great for kids with a games room, bouncing pillow and playground. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice comfy bed and good shower!!

The jumping pillow is very dangerous with no limit of how many kids are on at one time, no supervision on what the bigger kids do while young kids are on it and when it is deflated the kids ride bikes and run a muck on it well after the 9pm quiet time. The ladies had a shower with broken tiles and the shower was cordoned off with loo paper (see photos), it was like it for at least 24 hours. My last night was the pits with some very loud campers who were asked a couple of times to keep their noise down that continued until my partner got out of bed at 3am and went off at them ( the only way they would take any notice after 5 hours). Just a pity they didn’t have someone checking to see if people where doing the right thing for the enjoyment of the other campers when there are so many people in the park. Paying over $50 per powered site is a bit over priced for the lack of sleep we got.

A great location with a five minute drive to the heart of St Helens Lovely two (good sized) bedrooms (double beds) cabin with a full kitchen, standard bathroom, comfortable lounge area with a dining table and chairs included and a great air conditioning unit. A parking space right at the door of the cabin and if the weather permits outdoor table and chairs. A great space only abut a half hour drive from the Bay of Fires and plenty of opportunity to wander around the lovely town. The only downside was only one dryer working in the laundry and that didn't dry all the clothes in the one cycle but everything else was wonderful.

We stayed in Mersey glamping tent and it was absolutely amazing, truly remarkable experience for the family, we had a technology free weekend from phones and devices! Everything was thought of from the fire wood, to the coffee and sugar. We normally stay in our van and thought would try these out highly recommend, staff were friendly and kids loved the little kids holiday pack. Highlight for me was the claw bath and your own private fire pit where many marshmallows were toasted and memories made as a family. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

The best caravan park in Tassie!!!!! This park is so spacious and such good value for money. We stayed on a caravan slab site and it was such an enjoyable stay I wish we stayed longer. There was lush green grass on our site and so much space for car parking and activities. We were also able to have a fire. So much space, worth every cent. Would love to go back in Summer and enjoy the Bay of Fires area again. Highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed.

We stayed in an open plan family cabin for 6. It was VERY small. No curtains to separate sleeping areas as advertised online making it difficult for children to sleep if adults stayed awake. Beds were comfy and sufficient bedding provided. Room was not as clean as we would expect. Bathroom bin had not been emptied, socks from previous guests left under queen bed, food scraps under table base when we moved it to make room for us to sit at table. Other minor complaints include minimal toilet paper, coffee, sugar and body wash. No table tennis balls in games room and no fire wood to light fire pit readily available. Kids loved the bounce pillow. The games room was a bit dated and we would have liked to see some balls for the table tennis in the room. The communal kitchen and pizza oven was fantastic, we really loved being able to use this and everything that we needed was there and ready to use. Pans, cutlery, plates and everything to wash up afterwards. Great clean facilities. Overall the park was clean and tidy, very well maintained. Not sure if we would return as the value for money wasn’t quiet there.

We stayed in the glamping tents and what an amazing experience, you wouldnt even know you were in a tent! Very enjoyable stay in a gorgeous part of Tasmania. The park has amazing amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. The glampoing area is new but looks like it has been there a really long time. Cant wait to come back with our Mountain bike friends to enjoy the trails up there

Terrible pet friendly cabin with inadequate heating. Outdated A/C invertor system. Night temperature was 2 degrees during my stay. Cabin was like a fridge overnight Overpriced for 7 nights. No discount in off season only Perks 50 dollars off. Other minor frustrations too like no sofa, minimal toilet roll, no outside light or seating etc.

Any prior review ‘by me’ needs to be ignored - I was hacked…… Very friendly staff - first two sites allocated weren’t suitable to our caravan size and due to Easter it was pretty busy so we were allocated a powered site between two cabins. Excellent spot nice and flat. It was great protection from the few windy and rainy nights we had. The park was full so a little rowdy with unsupervised kids tearing around on bikes so it was a little dicey not to be collected as you walked about. Never used the camp kitchen but it’s got everything that opens and shuts. The amenities were clean - only suggestion would be a key lock to the showers as there is no boom gate so the park is open and accessible to all. Perfect place to base yourself so much to see and do around that area. If you want peace and quiet don’t book during school holidays. DVDs at office free to watch. Short lovely walk into town - plenty of options for coffee and eats plus two good IGA stores. Loved our stay there - No complaints at all.
