Most awesome experience. The best hotel by far.i would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.Wish ull many years off endless success. Stay blessed always hotel with lots off class and elegance. The staff are very professional.also it's a very neat and clean hotel.

Very professional. Room was very good. Breakfast and lunch are North Indian style. Overal pleasant stay. People are friendly and they try to solve customer problem. It has also bed warming system which is comfortable. The place is near to lal chawk.

We had a great experience. The bed warmers were extreme and the room was warm even in minus temperatures. Also the food was delicious. Overall a best hotel in Srinagar. Room premises were neat and pleasant. The staff were quick and responsive.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and top notch. The staff is very courteous. And the hospitality of the Hotel is the best. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking forward for a comfortable and pleasant stay in kashmir.

Excellent service by the whole team x Warmth of all staff xxx Great food! Dedicated requests attended to. Safe and clean. Staff always giving good advice. Clean rooms. In winter may need to extend heating in lobby and rooms. Thank you to everyone 😘

A beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality, the food was good and the staffs were very friendly. Specially want to mention Arif (receptionist). We will definitely come back again if we come to Kashmir. Service was very fast, had hot water available at all the times. Room was comfortable and very clean

Let's start from location.. Location is prime near dal lake and market, hotel cleanliness is great.. Restaurant and food is so yummy, staff of hotel and restaurant is very co-operative. Highly recommend when come to kashmir trip.. Memorable time spent here..
