I stayed for 2 days in Monarch Houseboat between 31st May'22 - 1st June'22. Below is my experience - - Out of 2 rooms, in 1 room there was no charging point. This is something very inconvenient especially when we carry multiple gadgets apart from phones etc. - Blanket and bed sheets were dirty and pathetic. Refer to the picture which I have uploaded ***** with feedback. - Breakfast was not served properly. There was only 8 parathas served for 6 people. Beyond which the caretaker was not willing to provide more. The only alternate option was omelet which I opted but other vegetarian members in my family had to give up with breakfast. - When above issues of dirty blanket, bed sheet and breakfast was raised to the owner, Ajaz Wangnoo, his behavior is too rude. He never accepted these acknowledged these issue. - The hotel staff did not provided any support or help to load my luggage back to my car. Over all it was extremely bad experience. Rude owner, filthy rooms, bad breakfast and non-supportive staff made it a very bad experience for me. Spending INR 20k for 2 nights for this houseboat was a wrong decision for me.
