I booked my tickets and reached hotel at 12 am to check in but hotel management denied to check in because the booking amount is too low through booking and they said that cancel your booking. he said it's your booking and your problem not my business. Finally he said if you want to stay, book your hotel room at hotel reception only. There is no option for me at that time with my family so i booked hotel in hotel reception.

One of the WORST WORST WORST experience we ever had in this hotel…I have booked room for us(me, bro, sis, mom, dad) My parents came early from temple since they don’t have key asked in the reception for the duplicate key… which hotel ppl don’t have. my parents mobile, wallet and money is in the room. They are hungry so asked they to bill for 2 cup of coffee once they get the key they will pay for the bill… this hotel ppl dint agree though my parents requested them for 2-3 times since they are sugar patents couldn’t tolerate the hunger…. My parents waited for 3 hours in the reception these ppl did not even respond… my mom felt giddiness and starter sweating by the time we reach reception….I felt too bad for my parents…. When I question the hotel authority… the response is mute… then they said sorry and move on…. They don’t even have the basic humanity to their customers…. Being in such a sacred divine place is this the way they behave with their customers… Thu… these ppl are completely money minded… they don’t even care for their customers if they don’t have money and Something emergency happened so be careful of this kind of people…. I recommend not to book for your seafty

Not worth for money… people are money minded completely. Rooms are not clean, AC was not working, worst service. They Focus only on money and are ready to fight. Suggest not to go with this for your trip
