Dog friendly, parking is in a secure and video monitored lot. It’s across the street from a Dick’s Hamburgers. Great security, all doors are locked 24/7.

Very comfy room and great welcoming staff. Wish the air conditioning would go under 68 degrees. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Will be returning to stay again. Homelessness has a large presence but not on property. Great security of grounds.

Hotel was great, staff was great, surrounding area felt sketchy. At one point in the evening/night we counted a couple dozen homeless individuals at the gas station right next door. Police cleared them out in the morning. Hotel has multiple security measures in place though.

This hotel is much nicer than most LaQuinta hotels. Our room was on an upper floor, very quiet, fully updated and modern. Friendly staff. City area could be a bit sketchy depending on time of day, but parking lot is well monitored. Would definitely stay here again.

Inside of property felt safe and it was quiet inside the Hotel. Room was clean, hallways elevator and property was also well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was good but the snack and drink prices at check in counter are outrageous and the Hotel is located in a very desperate and depressing area of Spokane. CCW recommended.

Staff were friendly and inviting, rooms very clean and quiet. Breakfast provided several options and staff was attentive to keep everything refilled. Hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. Would definitely recommend and return to this location again.

Our bathroom mirror, sink and faucet were not cleaned and there was no soap except the bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The air conditioner was not working, cleaned the filter which was caked with debris, however it did not change the working of it. The front doors of the hotel are very unclean, which makes the first impression not a good one. I will not come again. The service was good however. But if it’s not clean, no service could change my mind.

Although this is ground zero for the homeless population the hotel is almost fully fenced in and doors are locked 24hrs a day so I felt quite safe being so close to them, I can say im a people watcher so it was somewhat entertaining. The breakfast was good, not great but better then some of the other free hotel breakfasts I've had. The rooms were clean with wifi and cable, was able to watch the Sunday game. They had a fridge and microwave which I wasn't expecting so that was a nice surprise. Overall for the location, which is next to a great burger place, it was good, I'd most likely stay there again.
