The male in the evening was great and couldn't help us anymore. But the morning staff didn't even acknowledge us at all over our 4 night stay. Disabled parking a joke only 3 spaces not clearly marked out so other people parked in them with no badge

Great hotel, with parking directly outside plus a Brewers Fayre inn by main entrance (fantastic value as both children ate breakfast free with 1 adult purchase). 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre, around 30 minutes walk to Cardiff Bay. Stayed with my 2 children and it was an ideal location to explore Cardiff from. Lidl just down the road to buy snacks

Absolutely amazing staff who made our children feel so welcome. Staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We love Premier Inn for a family stay, we don't go anywhere else now. This was one of the best! We have stayed in. Thank you!

What you would expect from a Premier Inn. It was nice and comfortable and with free parking was an added bonus as only a 15min walk from city centre. Staff were very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was good and powerful (unlike some you go too). Perfect for a short stay. Attached to a Brewers Fayre so you could get a reasonably priced meal.

Pillows are not very comfortable anymore Aircon broken not enough shower gel or loo roll no remote but found under the bed so obviously hadn’t been cleaned very well no pillow. Cases on the spare ones and these were stains also chair was stained hotel and bar area needs painted very tired but staff were very good and helpful Frankie

Hotel was not clean in particular the toilet and the sticky marks on doors and windows. Bed was comfy and it was easy to park. Restaurant was not nice, unclean, food on ceiling and bins around hotel and restaurant don't get emptied. Overall wouldn't come back to this one in particular but would stay at other Premier inns.

Had a very quiet & restful 2night stay, room was clean & fresh. Good supply of Tea & Coffee, complementary still & sparkling water.

We had a fantastic stay here, from the greeting by Frankie on reception, the quality of our premier plus room, the array of drinks to the lovely nights sleep. Stayed here before and would, based on this stay, happily stay again and again

Location 15mins from the city centre but with free parking onsite. Walk is along a road but with pavement. Very clean room. The reason for 1 star is the wifi which didnt work in the room - neither the free wifi nor the ultimate wifi (which costs extra). Wifi only worked in the reception and the corridor close by.
