The one bedroom apartment was clean, fresh & fully equipped. A quiet location and an easy walk to the Palace and all other sites of interest.
Toma, our host, gave clear instructions on how to access the property. He sent us lots of information about restaurants, museums, places to visit, ferry & boat details to visit the local area.
We couldn't have been more happy with our host and accommodation

The room was nice and clean. Well decorated. It was up three flights of stairs and the hallway was not well lit.
The property was hard to find. Communication with owner was a bit difficult but when we eventually connected he was patient and made sure we had what we needed.
The room was smaller than expected. It didn't have a sitting area, as I expected from the pictures. The bed was small for a queen and was a little uncomfortable.
Overall it was a nice stay.

Our queen rooms were fantastic. They were clean, spacious, comfortable and private.
The location is in easy reach of the old town, harbour and bus station.
Our host met us and was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations to help us enjoy our stay.

Fantastic base for exploring Split. Easy walking distance to the port/palace/shops/restaurants/ferry. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable The host made excellent recommendations and was easily contactable. Would highly recommend.

The room was amazing and only a couple minutes walk from nearby attractions, restaurants, the riviera and more! The property manager was amazing and very communicative. Will absolutely be staying here the next time we are in Split!

Superb location near Split old town and less than 10 mins walk to Riva Promenade. We stayed 3 nights, however for a longer stay I would recommend fresh towels and linen. All round excellent !

Excellent communication and assistance with check in. Maps took us to the wrong location and Ivica was extremely helpful and came to find us and took us to the correct entrance. Easy walk to the bus terminal to get to the airport. Wonderful stay and a fabulous location. Thank you

Excellent property in a good location. Very close to a supermarket. We arrived on a Monday and at the end of Wednesday we asked for fresh towels as there was no towel rail or place to dry towels properly the owner said he would bring fresh towels but he did not.

Perfectly located property to explore Split in a quiet location. Lots of space, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Host was great and very communicative and informative.
