Good view overlooking the sea. Delicious breakfast spread and it was worth every cent.

Spacious and great seaside view. Great breakfast everyday. Bus stop are around and great for boat ride too.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but overall I don’t think it offers good value for money. The biggest issue is that there is no air conditioning. During the summer, the room became very hot, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. The location is also very inconvenient. The hotel is halfway up a hill, and it takes nearly 2 km of uphill walking to reach the train station(Speiz) or the nearest supermarket（coop）. Even going into the town center requires about a 2 km walk. I would recommend staying in Interlaken or somewhere close to a train station instead. If you just want to visit Spiez, it’s very easy to take the train for a day trip, so there is really no need to stay here. Another downside is the check-in and check-out policy. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, while check-in is only from 3:00 PM, which is much less convenient than most hotels. Overall, I don’t think this hotel is worth the price because of the inconvenient location, lack of air conditioning, and early check-out time. 飯店整體乾淨，工作人員服務態度也不錯，但以房價來說，我認為CP值不高。 最大的問題是沒有空調。瑞士夏天其實也很熱，房間裡非常悶，晚上睡覺很不舒服，甚至很難入睡。 另外，地理位置非常不方便。飯店位於半山腰，不論是前往施皮茲火車站還是最近的coop超市，都需要步行將近 2 公里，而且大部分都是上坡。如果要到市區逛逛，也差不多要走 2 公里，每天都要走很多路，非常耗體力。 我會建議大家直接住在 Interlaken，或是選擇離火車站近一點的住宿。如果只是想來 Spiez 玩，搭火車一日遊就很方便，真的沒有必要住在這裡，因為無論去哪裡都不方便。 另外，checkout時間是早上 10 點，比大部分酒店都早；但入住卻要下午 3 點才能辦理，對旅客來說相當不方便。 整體而言，除了房間乾淨之外，沒有空調、地點偏遠、交通不便，加上入住與退房時間安排不合理，以這個價格來說，我不會推薦入住😥

Not too far from the metro station, bus station. Very easy to connect to famous mountain , or lake or anywhere. Staffs were full of service mind , helpful and lovely , they gave me good information to travel around. Breakfast for westerners was great, for Asia guys is acceptable. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was fine and pleasant. The location is strategic and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only unfortunate issue was that my Garmin watch went missing during my two-night stay. On the first night, I am certain that I fully charged the watch and did not wear it or take it out of the room until checkout. When preparing to leave, I struggled to find it, but unfortunately, I still could not locate it. This was the only regretful incident during my stay, which otherwise would have been a very positive experience.

The hotel is spacious and clean with many facilities. The view from hotel is also beautiful and nice, but the location is quite far from train station. You need to use local bus to go to hotel.

The worst hotel along my travel. Here’s some highlight: 1. The front-desk is not welcoming, overall design look like seminar hall. 2. Staffs are not professional and welcoming as well. Requesting money for extra guest but not providing extra pillow and towel. No respond from the staff at all for whole night. I have to use 1 towel and pilow for 2 person use. 3. I was allocated for 2floor room, huge luggages have to carried by my own and went upstairs. No one help and no lift to access 2nd floor. 4. The room is nightmare for me. No Aircon & fan. The weather is Spiez in June is sunny and around 25°C, and no ventilation from the room. The shower area has not door, when shower the vapours made the room worser… hot and humid. I have to open door to allow wind to come in. But the balcony is connected to the public, meaning anyone can access ur room easily if u leave the door open… 5. Insects come in when i open the door… 3 spiders and lots of mosquitoes…

There’s no lift. The light at the staircase was dim.

Great hotel. And great staff. The staff is very professional and friendly. She also can say thank you in Chinese. Very satisfying journey. The staff arranged a room with balcony for us. And we enjoyed the perfect lake view there. Everything is prepared well in this hotel. The breakfast was nice. You can enjoy different kinds of coffee.

工作人員都很熱情，善良，見面會打招呼，入住會詳細介紹周邊有什麼可玩的。離火車站大概15分鐘左右的路程不算近，但你當作出行還是可以的，周邊風景很好。離湖大概也是15分鐘。spiez小鎮真的很美，很安靜。適合度假。酒店早餐種類還是算可以的，水果酸奶奶酪麪包等等都有。

這是家黑店！！！ 玻璃磕破一個角 我們提早告知酒店 一直拖到第三天退房才給我們回覆 然後用一個虛假的報價單 就要我們賠付1200瑞法！！！ 而且必須立即刷卡付款！ 警察來了也是偏袒本地人 説這是瑞士 在瑞士就是這麼貴 不是你們中國！！！ 千萬別來住，設施又小 工作人員脾氣又大 還坑人！不要破壞旅遊的心情，瑞士風景很好。 PS: 感謝攜程平台的介入，非常友好，耐心幫我們催促。

我想説的應該都跟酒店沒關係 1、酒店地理位置 我連住了3晚 我衹能説每天一來一回真的很折騰 火車站在山上 酒店位置在山腰 特別是入住和離店時候拖兩個大箱子 很費勁。 2、我訂的湖景房 景色不錯 但是陽台如我圖上所示 這個陽台不是獨立的 3、房間沒拖鞋 住了三晚 就第一天入住的時候有兩瓶水 後面就沒有了 然後我想説 酒店早餐不錯 工作人員服務態度很好 酒店環境是真的不錯 很安靜

施皮茨很漂亮，很安靜的小鎮，酒店離車站稍微得走一陣子，酒店到車站是上坡！酒店外面風景特別漂亮，房間的話比較乾淨，酒店外面的小鎮如圖
