Mazaraki Guesthouse

An excellent choice of accommodation to stay at whilst viking the stunning site of mystras. We stayed in a sutra in the old part..comfortable, clean, well appointed with stunning views over the Sparti plain. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast...delivered to our room was absolutely delicious

The staff went out of their way to welcome us at 11pm (plane delayed). Dimitra, Constantinos & Georgia not only stayed up to welcome us, but they provided a yummy dinner and beer/wine. Throughout our stay they went above and beyond to help us, provide us with information (Natasha gave some great suggestions) and just look after us. The room was perfect and the breakfasts that are delivered to your room each morning are out of this world. Probably the best I've ever had. Highly recommended & we will be back. Thank you.

Enjoy a glass of local wine in the garden at the front of the hotel looking down on Mystras and Sparti. Enjoy breakfast in your room and a dip in the small but lovely pool. All the staff are very friendly and the small hotel has an elegant and relaxing vibe.

Everything about this guesthouse is fantastic…..the view, the property, the rooms and the service. Our family stayed for only two nights but most admit they would have enjoyed more. Such a peaceful environment with stunning views of Sparta in the valley below and Mystras nearby. The swimming pool was a refreshing break after very warm days. Also, who doesn’t enjoy having your breakfast brought to your room in a country basket! Hope to stay here again!

We loved our stay. Our room was large and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The breakfasts were absolutely AMAZING! And the staff couldn’t be more delightful. Highly recommended! We hope we can return and stay again some day.

This is a beautiful hotel on the mountain in Mystra. The staff are wonderful and the rooms spacious and furnished with care and style. There are different rooms to suit your taste and suites which are luxurious and large. Breakfast is brought to your room in the morning having been chosen the night before - a basket of local products to be enjoyed in the room or on the balcony/terrace at your leisure. There are 2 restaurants only a minute or two walk from the hotel. We tried Skreka and had an excellent meal. It is a great location to visit the local monasteries but perfect winter or summer as a relaxing retreat.
