Good breakfast and dinner. Love the SPA: the temperature in the water is just right. 2 saunas available (one with the temperature between 80-100 and the other between 40-60 degrees). Good coffee served at the bar. The rooms are well heated. Cable tv available with a large variety of programs in different languages (romanian, hungarian, english, german, italian)

We had a great time at the hotel and recommend it 1. the room was very clean 2. the food (we had breakfast and dinner) was diverse and really delicious, 3. the staff is very attentive to the guests needs 4. based on the bracelets we received we had the access included to Lacul Ursu, and could enter as many times per day as we wished (regular tickets bought at the cashhers desk at the lake only provide 1 entry/day) 5. The hotel has its own spa area, and access to the pools and sauna was included In the room we were in there were 2 separate beds put together, so there are 2 beds, not 1 - but they were really confortable. Also, we had to pay separately for the parking.

We have stayed here for 5 days. First time visit to Sovata. Highlights: 1) excellent service at the Menta restaurant with good selection of tasty food. This is where we had breakfast and dinner. Every day we could find something new to eat and we were never disappointed by the taste. 2) accommodation - everything is new and spotless. The bed sheets seemed a bit used, but clean. 3) access to pools and sauna were included with the accommodation. You really have to try both pools (one features several hidromassage cannons, the other one has thermal water). Downside: people would block sunbeds with towels and then leave the spa area for hours - maybe the hotel policy could be more strict in how the sunbeds can be allocated (e. g.: if only towels are there, the hotel stuff could free the sunbeds, if a robe is there, then it means that the sunbed waits for someone which is still inside the spa area). Most important for us is that wherever in the hotel we were and for whatever we needed, we found professional and supportive stuff.

DEFINITELY the best hotel in Romania. Here are my 5 facts for why it should be a 5 star Hotel. Hear me out: 1. The rooms look very nice, we took one for 2 persons with a bed added. It was awesome, very hot inside on winter, felt amazing. Nice bathroom, and nice and comfortable beds. Also looks very modern and they even greated us with some free sweets on the room's table. 2. The spa is awesome. Hot pool with nice jacuzzi-like water games, cold swimming pool which is very big and extremely enjoyable to swim in. The pool bar is amazing, u just say the room number and done, u take ur drink :D 3. The food was amazing. I would even go as far as saying ITS THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN ROMANIA. The breakfast - awesome, u have a lot of options and everything looks fancy and tasty. The dinner - awesome, u have a lot of options, again, And again the food is tasty and extremely fancy looking. Its worth coming here just for the food 😂 4. The live parties here are amazing. We went to the 2023 new year party here, very nice musicians from "manele and taraf" to tango. Open bar and very cool atmosphere. Deffinelty recomanding to come here for Christmas, new year and stuff like that. 5. The personal is awesome, I mean awesome. Everyone very friendly and so happy to work. Again, they create an AMAZING atmosphere. Deffinelty the best personal I have ever had at a hotel in Romania. Conclusion - COME HERE ASAP! IT'S AMAZING! I beg the hotels manager in Romania to give this hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Отель полностью реновирован,везде идеальная чистота!Комнаты просторны,мебель новая,кровати удобные,дизайн везде современный,приятный.Завтраки и ужины в разнообразны и вкусны,подаются в ресторане отеля,где также всё реновировано со вкусом!На обед ходили в ресторан соседнего отеля Брэдец через внутренний коридор за дополнительную плату (95 рон на чел.) СПА конфортный: 2 бассейна( с солёной тёплой водой и с пресной ,типа джакухи-вместительные),а также 2 сауны,для этого в номере есть махровые халаты и дополнительные полотенца.Рекомендую договориться заранее по Эл.Почте отеля о датах отдыха и вам предоставят скидку до 30%. В сравнении с соседними отелями сети Енсана( Брэдец 5* и Совата4*) отель Урсина 3* дешевле,но сервис в нём на уровне 5*. Рекомендую отель!
