Front desk staff greeted me by name and were quick to offer directions, recommend hidden-gem eateries, and help with luggage. Room service was punctual, meals were presented beautifully, and every staff interaction made me feel genuinely welcome—not just another guest. 🧭 Thoughtful Facilities It’s the little things at Quay West that stand out: • A well-equipped kitchenette in each suite––perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a quick late-night snack. • In-room laundry facilities saved me from hunting down laundromats mid-trip. • The comfortable lounge and communal spaces offer a quiet place to work or unwind. • Gym and heated indoor pool, both kept spotless and perfect for a post-city exploration cooldown.

Walking distance to city central, Art Centre and Botanic garden. A lot of restaurants nearby. The one room apartment is of good size. Breakfast is of good spread and nice coffee. There is basement carpark, but take note that the turns from one level to another are very narrow and sharp.

The room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.

Served its purpose for the traveler. Good room and amenities. You get what you expect considering price point. Hope you can continue the quality service. Will stay again in the future.

床很大，風景不錯，位置很好，房間衞生乾淨，位置也很好，住着舒服踏實，下次來我還要訂這間，值得給大家推薦！

酒店位於亞拉河南岸，在房間即可俯瞰亞拉河美麗的夜景。酒店地理位置極佳，距唐人街、聖保羅大教堂、弗林德斯街車站等墨爾本重要景點步行20分鐘內皆可到達。房間按公寓標準設計，廚房很大設施很全完全可以做飯。兩卧室兩衞設定，其中一間還帶有浴缸，既方便家人交流又保有各自私隱非常適合有大孩子的家庭入住。房間乾淨整潔，床品較舒適，入住體驗感很好。除了西式早餐品種簡單了一些外，這家酒店非常值得推薦。

酒店地理位置優越，就在亞拉河邊，步行即可到市中心及唐人街，房間比較大，設施齊全，洗衣烘乾很是便利，早餐品種豐富，值得選擇。
