Great location downtown and close to the station. Loved the pool / jacuzzi / spa on the 9th floor.

The staffs are nice and friendly,checking in and checking out was quick great location me and my partner are very happy with our stay

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location easy walking to shopping, restaurants and bars. Well appointed room with everything you need for an overnight stay. Will stay there again

Great hotel, unfortunately currently though the building next door is being demolished and the drilling of concrete starts at exactly 8am, even on the weekend. It's incredibly loud and the windows shake

Amazing location next to the river. You can easily run a 5km circuit thru lovely gardens along the river. Breakfast spread is just super great again the view- just gorgeous 🥰

We really like this hotel, the location is so nice and convenient. By the Yarra River, in the evening was very pretty. Will return back soon.

We had a fantastic nights stay here. Close to our show and room service that night was delicious. The bed was extra comfortable and it was a great way to spoil ourselves for the night.

Stayed two nights with 3 of us in a twin room. Had to ask for an extra set of pillows and towels. Room was not serviced at all - despite 3 calls requesting it. Location is great and facilities amazing. The hotel is a bit tired and the lack of attention to basics was disappointing.

Alexandra front check in the best! Room cleanliness was a bit disappointing not their usual standard. Not giving us facecloths each day; for most of the ten nights we were there; or cleaning the mirror in bathroom properly ir the bench top, or the glass table top too which had been cleaned but not to Langham stds. No body milk for first three days there… and the hallway had bits of dirt, grass, hair on it for at least 3-4days before it was finally vacuumed up properly. We slept on a pillowcase with two rips in it. Still a good stay but a few things where standards dropped.
