Their rooms are nasty and they don't care. Had I not been physically exhausted from work and driving and the prices not being triple due to the eclipse, I would have changed my hotel. There was blood stain and shoe print on the linen. The mattress was ridden with stains and debris. There were ***** on the floor, dust where they sit the towels. There was broken glass on the picture on the wall. The general manager refused to comp me anything for the inconvenience. He used the late checkout that I earned from being titanium elite against me, even though it was needed because the room was so disgusting that when I tried to eat breakfast before leaving in the morning it came back up. So yes, I needed the late checkout. I cleaned up after myself, even though they didn't properly clean the room. That wasn't a complement to them. I lost my appetite the night before after seeing the mattress. I slept in my clothes. They have no regard for human health and safety. My emails and calls were ignored. I called until James Preyer answered. He said he did not get my emails and didn't want them. He does not want to see the pictures and basically, I shouldn't have stayed. I'm sorry but I'm not going to drive on the intestate for several hours sick and tired. That would be putting my life and others in danger. He has no human regard.

Hotel cancel my reservation because they oversold there rooms, so the front desk person lied and claim that tried to run my credit card and it decline. And I know is not true because my reservation was reserved with a debit card. When asked the desk clerk for last four of the card he couldn't see the number, so basically they cancel my reservation for no reason and wouldn't own up to it

First off I’d like to give kudos to the desk clerk that checked us in named Robert. He was informative and very reassuring about some issues that other reviewers had posted. Having said that there are a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed at this hotel. Lastly, road noise for any hotel that’s close to the interstate is always a concern and it is a big time issue for this hotels location so be aware.

This is a sad addition of TownePlace suites. I stayed at another TownePlace suites near my home in Southern California a few months ago and it was a five star experience. This location in Southhaven is dirty, smells like pot in the elevator and in the hallway. The carpet has stains and the mattress is worn. The pool is drained and looks sad with green water in the bottom. This hotel looks and feels like it’s closing soon. The location is near many restaurants and the freeway which you can hear easily while you sleep. I’m wondering if this is just a forgotten hotel. It sits far behind three other Bonvoy properties on the same street. Robert at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Clean this place up or just close it.

Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was large (a king) and very comfy. Bathroom was large, clean and fully equipped. Front desk staff were very nice and proactively helpful. Located close to airport which made taking an early morning flight easy. Plenty of good places to eat nearby, or ample snack options at the hotel. Good value for the money.

The exceptionally friendly staff keeps me coming back. Everyone from the unit manager to the housekeeping staff is responsive and cordial, and Miss Liz who prepares breakfast is an absolute gem. Rooms are always clean, bed is always comfortable, and any concerns are always addressed.

My room was clean and modern, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and hot! The parking lot was also clean, which many places don’t pay much attention to. But it makes a big first impression at any business.

It’s a kennel. The rooms where filthy. I tried two rooms. As soon as I opened the door and looked at the crumbs on the floor, I knew. A closer look proved everything I needed to know. Stay away unless you have a bunch of dogs. They might change the towels and sheets but not much more.
