Premier Inn Southampton (Cumberland Place)

我的耳機遺失了，明明我的手機上顯示就在那裡，但是酒店不給找也不負責的，我去尋找耳機態度趾高氣昂，誰點誰怨種，沐浴露和洗髮膏都是一個不知名液體

比較衞生，房間不算小，床比較舒服，早餐還挺好吃，質量也挺好。

We stayed at this hotel in January and were pleasantly surprised with the service. Generally we expect the absolute basics which we received. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome . I look forward to staying in this hotel again next time with my wife when I am in the area.

Stayed here at the end of December while visiting family who live in southampton. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff could not be more friendly and helpful this made our stay very enjoyable. We had food in the restuarant one night which was really nice and then to finish a few drinks in the bar. The room are spacious,clean and warm. Will definitely be returning when visiting family in southampton again.

Chose this hotel as it was near to the train station and cruise terminal. 15-minute walk from the station. Friendly check-in. Room clean, fresh, and spacious for 3 people. We ate out in the evening, literally 5 minutes away. Sat in the bar area on return for a couple of drinks. Staff were attentive and friendly. Chris behind the bar seemed to be doing other duties like reception, and he was friendly and chatty. Had breakfast in the morning, and it was all good. Fresh and hot with a good selection. Staff booked us transport to the cruise terminal, all good with no issues.

Fantastic location. Great room and very comfy bed. Parking right behind hotel. Great hotel, would stay again. Had a room on 4th floor. Quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good value for money. Shower was suberb. Only minor issue was toilet seat had come off its hinges which wasn’t a show stopper
