The hotel provided free bus shuttle from and to airport, it was really convenience for me. (Please take note the free shuttle run for certain hours, not a full day.) Hair dryer is really a must for me and they did provide! The hotel breakfast was normal, don’t have too much choices, but it was okay. Anyways, Opposite the hotel has McDonald. Overall a good experience!

Try bad experience in amenity and AC is loud. The toilet is the most terrible one as it could not flush. Also the shampoo and shower gel are not available.

Location is good, with a 10-min drive to SFO. Free shuttle covers most time of a day. Breakfast is beyond the average of the hotels of such prices. The only drawback is the shower. The flow is somewhat weak.

Warm and personable hotel front desk. Nice location, near lots of fast food places. Reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet available. Most of all , conveniently had airport shuttle service to and from the airport. Will recommend to friends and family.

Service was excellent. Receptionist were all kind. Breakfast was delicious had various options. If you are looking for hotels that are closer to the airport, best western hotel is suitable for you because it offers shuttle buses.

Deposit $100. Parking $9 per day ( you can pay cash or they deduct from the deposit). Breakfast was good, but not much seats , you need to spend sometime to find a seat. Room is ok, the black hair was on the bathroom’s wall. My deposit still not returned to me (it’s been 5 days after check out).

This was a really great experience the front desk person was very friendly, breakfast staff was very nice and friendly.

The location of the hotel is fine and there are some food options nearby but just know, the airport shuttle does not run during the day so if you are planning on arriving before 5pm, it’s about a $30 Uber ride to the hotel.

You get exactly what you pay for. Good location. There's a gas station down the street for drinks and items. There is a McDonalds across the street. Room had a weird, suspicious odor. Close to airport. Breakfast no great shakes...but the price is right.

Very dirty around the breakfast area. They don’t do make up room unless u call n request. The whole ambience is disgusting. The microwave is too old n slow. Even 2mins my water still not become hot. Lousy hotel

Breakfast was already bad and even worse was no coffee.
