Fantastic location overlooking the beautiful Swan River & Perth city. Close to convenience store, restaurants & the foreshore. Wheelchair accessible with a lift from the lobby to the street. Staff were very friendly and made us feel like VIPS.

房間很乾凈，就是床品有個洞，但是不影響，乾淨更重要，設施也很齊全，不錯，下次有機會還會去

非常好的一家公寓式酒店。酒店的地理位置超一流，樓下就是一家超市， 自己做飯需要的食材、水果和蔬菜，在此幾乎都可以找到。步行100多米就是美麗的天鵝湖，從酒店步行5-10分鐘，就可以抵達水邊跑步、散步。乘坐輪渡就可以很快抵達珀斯市中心的伊麗莎白碼頭（Elizabeth Quay Ferry Terminal）。 酒店的裝修和設施很新，設計很人性化。從路面進進酒店有七~八級樓梯的台階，為方便客人搬運行李，酒店特地安裝了一個小型的起降平台，非常省力氣。酒店很安靜，幾乎聽不到任何噪音。1房1廳的公寓，有洗衣機，乾衣機和全套廚房設施。加上樓下就有采購食材的超市，自己做飯很方便。唯一缺點就是價格有一點小貴。性價比顯得不是特別高。

酒店衞生一般，淋浴花灑是置頂的，淋浴要連頭髮一起洗，很不方便，房間沒有預先提供牙具和拖鞋，要到前台索取，其他還是比較齊全，我訂的房間是城景，周邊有在建工地，早上建築噪音比較大；前台服務員很nice ，樓下有超市和公園，還不錯。
