Excellent location poor service

Customer service in the hotel was horrible. There were loud noises banging for hours called customer service three times. The noise never stopped until like about 45 minutes to an hour later.

The hotel was nice and convenient ! It was well situated and had free parking!

The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff is always available to help here. The prices are really really affordable too. Awesome location in Coral Gables.

In all the hotels I’ve stayed in, in my life, this is definitely The WORST! I really hope before read the reviews before staying at this dreadful hotel. Not only was my deceased father’s chain stolen, but this hotel has the worst service, there are very unsavory characters at this hotel,& honestly it should be demolished and rebuilt! There’s roaches in the rooms, mold, you can hear people thru the walls, & people yelling and screaming at odd hours of the night! I will never stay in this hotel,& hope my father’s chain comes up or i WILL file charges! If you do make the mistake of staying here, remember to put the sign outside of the room! I don’t trust the staff and housekeeping comes in and out of your room as they please, the toilets are backed up,& honestly it should be called the roach motel! Hope someone reads my reviews and all the other ones because this place is a disgrace!

Limited facilities, service was just ok, didn't eat there. Didn't even know there was a restaurant there. NO HOT WATER IN MY ROOM!!! This is unacceptable!

Worst experience I've ever had. They literally stole my money. They made me pay 100 dollars before check-in, but when I went to check-out they claimed that the cashier was closed and that they would only open when the manager was at the hotel. I was with my daughter and in a big hurry to catch the flight. So I decided to call them later and confirm the reversal of my money, but they said they would not pay me because I had destroyed the room and smoked inside. It is complete nonsense that they accuse me of all this, but I think it is a habit of the hotel, they have a cheap rate but make up for it by STEALING the security payment. It is very difficult to communicate also due to the difficulty of the employees in speaking english.

위치는 역하고 가까워서 대중교통으로 이동하기 좋습니다. 내부는 깔끔했지만 객실 안에 냉장고조차 없어서 당황스러웠어요. 커피, 전자렌지는 식당에서 이용 가능하긴 해요.

Por el precio lo vale. Un poco antiguo y el parqueo se paga un fee diario. Tomar en cuenta

酒店首先不提供一次性拖鞋 設施老舊 退房後竟然不能寄存行李 給錢都不可以 試問住過了這麼多酒店 去了這麼多地方 哪裡比這裏還奇葩，奉勸大家別來住 一進門就一股奇怪的味道！
