I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. In generally it’s okay. Mattresses are quite hard, not much sun light at the pool area and very less sun loungers. the spinning bikes in the gym are broken or at least are very noisy which make them unusable. Elevator are not very fast and hallways very noisy. The wifi isn’t stable and the hotel is next to bigger streets which makes it quite noisy during the night. But the main reason I can not recommend the hotel is their guest service. They don’t really take simple requests serious. I had one bigger inicident which was so unprofessionally handled, that I couldn’t believe it. I need to say they wanted to compensate me but just in a way where they profit as a hotel. Shows again that they didn’t really care. But as long as you don’t need their guest services, you will be fine, besides the mentioned reasons above. But for the price value there much better options in the city.

Checked in to the hotel and found out that there was going to be no water as they were doing maintenance works between 6pm to 9am the following morning. The hotel even provided buckets to start filling water before it got cut. Very disappointed and had to book another place at the last minute.

Excellent service for all staff. Well done! The only not good is the location. You need to use taxi and nothing else nearby the hotel.

Details shows three king bed, but only one king bed with two single bed.

Excellent service, warm and hygienic rooms, full facilities, loved the hotel. It would be better if the surrounding supporting living facilities could be complete。

New hotel. The location is superb however the room is small and room amenities only meet bare minimum. Breakfast is not superb as well, doing minimum.
