Room Amenities : No hairdryer. No bedside power sockets. Bathroom : No hand/face towels. Shower area dirty. TV : English language News channels all keep freezing. Nearby : No 24 hour convenience stores nearby..

amenities like slippers are missing in 1 room. hairdryer is missing in 2 rooms. When I called housekeeping to send hairdryer, they took 30mins and still did not arrive. I kept calling & they keep saying they're coming, but actually they cannot find any hairdryer. eventually I nearly late for my flight.

The master bedroom toilet has strong sewage smell. Housekeeping took action but the smell still persisted.

I didn’t feel the apartment was well organized and prepared for us. I had booked and paid in advance for 6 people but amenities, facilities (hairdryer and wifi not existing) and breakfast was served for 3 people. I just don’t like to keep asking front desk for things. Maybe if the space were not ready that day better to cancel my booking.

We had a nice 5 days stay in 2BR apartment with city view. The unit is super clean, equiped with complete kitchen amenities, washing machine, bathtub and a great hospitality from the staff. Only the wi-fi is unstable especially for those who require a strong internet connection. It has a great location with many cafes/restos nearby.

Spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable if you are staying for a long period and prefer to have a big space especially if travelling with more than 2 people. Convenient as well since it's just close to the city center. I hope the spa and massage area will be finished renovation soon.

We are family of 5. We have stayed in this place for more than 5 time. Each time has been great although there was one time that the apartment that we were staying were infected by cockroaches but we were transferred to a clean similar place the next day. Everyone are always friendly and helpful. Washing machine/dryer and microwave are very much useful for us. It is a go to place if one need a place to stay in Jakarta.

I felt really comfortable, and I loved that packages could be delivered directly to the room. The room was super cozy, I booked the 3-bedroom one, and it was really spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends. All the staff were super friendly too
