The best!!!! Beautiful hotel and the service is immaculate. Every single thing is well thought out. So many beautiful spaces for photos. Hotel is located in cbd area and the traffic jam is bad but that’s part of the Jakarta beauty!

The Langham made my first visit to Jakarta a memorable one. The impeccable service, the comfortable room, the strategic location, the beautiful hotel reception and lobby all contributed to a somewhat perfect experience. Good breakfast at Tom's too. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future if I am making a trip to Jakarta again. Thank you to the team at The Langham.

Nice hotel for its design, amenities and luxurious fittings. But in terms of service it’s really poor, waiting for reception to check in for room request. Understand this could be due to new year eve weekend. The towel was abit stained as well. Also my partner charger was left at the hotel room but the hotel couldn’t find it which is weird. While it’s a nice property, hotel needs to work more on the level of service provided given its luxury branding.

Exceptional service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The concierge team was prompt, helpful, polite, and so engaging that we barely noticed how quickly we reached our room. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. A special thank you for the stunning birthday decoration—it brought a big smile to my wife’s face! The Langham Club was breathtaking, with its seamless design blending into the city view. The morning offerings of delicious food and drinks made it even better. One standout experience was dining at the Japanese restaurant “Morimoto.” It’s undoubtedly one of the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Jakarta. Heartfelt thanks to Eki for his exceptional concierge service; Fenny, Yuca, Naomi, Cindy, Naris, and Stevi for the delightful room decoration; and Mrs. Meirina, Julian, Agatha, Harun, Mega, and Joey for their outstanding service in the Langham Club. You all made our stay truly unforgettable!

Perfect service, facilities, room, and amenities. Out of all Jakarta, this is my personal favorite! Best Christmas ambience.

everything about this hotel is top tier from the moment we entered the hotel. the room, service, breakfast, views were all excellent! will definitely come here again if i visit jakarta. prolly one of the best if not THE BEST hotel i have stayed at. definitely worth every penny, u will not be disappointed!

The service and hospitality awareness of all staff is really good. Looking forward to come back soon again. Breakfast buffet also serving Indonesian food Fitness center is a bit small but the swimming pool very nice

The best hotel that we've ever stayed in! It was so gorgeous and such a comfy stay that I don't even want to leave the room! Everything was perfect, love that it's conveniently located next to a mall, and huge supermarket that we could stock up on our dental products!

If you’re in Jakarta you should stay at the Langham. Location for us was perfect to go to the stadium nearby for a concert. We loved it. Superb service and hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay at the langham, we order in room service the food was great. But when breakfast they were full and they don't prepare with open the other restaurant. They moved us to the club langham but the food was already out of stock. So sad for the five star hotel.
