The rooms soooo comfy and clean. The food soooo perfect. I very like MIE AYAM!❤️ The services also 100000% very good. Thank you Mas Arief Abdillah who recommend me the MIE AYAM, and also his team Mas Riyan and Mas Daffa. So happyyyyy. I want to stay here again.

As I walked from the door, the place was magical from the Smile of the guy at the entrance to the worm greeting from the reception to the smooth check in that had this beautiful upgrade with amazing fruits and chocolate. It doesn’t get more comfortable than that but I slept onor the beautiful smell that was all over the hotel. I will not forget the delicious food I had in the restaurant or especially that special secret bloody Mary that they made for me specially it is something I would fly back for.

Stayed three nights in the Dharmawangsa and as always, it’s never enough. Some places, you simply don’t want to leave. Big shout out to the wonderful staff, especially the ones at the breakfast buffet. Arief in particular made my mornings very special (thank you helping with photos!), and so did Abdillah, Clara, Asi and the rest of the team. Is it possible to give an 11 out of 10 for this place?! I am already looking forward to my next stay.

What an exceptional service, all the staff looked after us & treated like royalties. Super friendly staff esp Putu Arya, Arief, Ryan, Diki, Sandra, Daffa, Daniel & fr spa Diane were amazing. They deserved more than 5Star rating. Bapak John & Ibu Gee will definitely come back.

I visited Majapahit Lounge at The Dharmawangsa with my family to admire the timeless and eclectic interior by Jaya Ibrahim. The setting radiates refined heritage, with exceptional service from the staff. A special mention to Arief Abdillah, who made our visit memorable — directing our poses for photos, giving us a brief tour of a few rooms, and sharing fascinating stories about the lounge and hotel. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming, and the food was delicious! I look forward to returning for a staycation :)

Another visit for a business purpose. As always, maintenance plays an important practice to ensure the beauty exists and sustains. Love and enjoy the quietness, quality of bed and the warm welcome back. It was rainy during my stay, therefore I missed my swimming routine. Even though there is an indoor pool at the club. Jakarta restaurant now has a better recognition, I am happy they call me by name from Hostess to Server. And most importantly? My workshop went great! *************

I stayed for two nights at the Dharmawangsa Hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the bed was huge. However, The sauna and gym are only open until 6pm, and I was hungry at that time. But its fine. Anyway, Mr. Arief Abdillah assisted me with excellent service at the restaurant (during the breakfast). The staff was super nice and helpful. The gulai pipi sapi was my favorite main course so far, and the croissant was perfect for dessert.

‘Timeless elegance’ was my first impression upon entering the grand foyer of The Dharmawangsa Hotel. As someone who loves interior design and is Javanese, I can confidently say that the interior of this hotel embodies ‘rustic luxury’ with meticulous attention to detail. The design is unquestionably stunning, and I believe anyone—even those who aren’t staying there—would agree. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels in Indonesia and even lived in Southeast Asia’s first 5-star hotel for three years. However, The Dharmawangsa Hotel has unlocked a core memory for me. That said, the highlight of my staycation experience was the exceptional hospitality. I checked in late at 9 PM, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Notably, Pak Hamdan lifted my toddler’s mood by gifting her a cute doll named Jali, which she adored. Mas Basly was exceptionally helpful during the check-in process, even offering me a late check-out and efficiently accommodating my unplanned extended stay. A bittersweet surprise was discovering just how kid-friendly all the staff at The Dharmawangsa Hotel are. My daughter felt so comfortable chatting with every staff member, who not only initiated conversations but also knew exactly when to end them gracefully. When I had breakfast at the restaurant, all the staff provided excellent, personalized service. Special thanks to Mas Riyan, Mba Sandra, Bpk. Ahmadi, Bpk. David, Bpk. Edi, and others who attentively assisted with my family’s requests. Despite staying for two nights, I didn’t get to try all the facilities the hotel offers. My daughter and I spent most of our time at the comfortable swimming pool, which led me to upgrade my extended stay to a Senior Executive Room with a pool view. Mas Johan, the pool operator, was fantastic at keeping my daughter entertained, even as she swam alone. When my daughter and I ran out of ideas on what to do next, I called the reception desk to inquire about the Kid’s Activities available at the hotel. The hotel offered several interesting activities for children, even though my daughter was the only participant. I was assisted by the Butler, Mba Diah, who helped look after my daughter and accompanied her in a delightful “poolside painting” activity. The peaceful and comfortable ambiance of the hotel, far removed from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta (despite its central location), made me feel incredibly at ease during our stay. Afterwards, I decided to try the In-Room Massage by Bimasena Spa, with my therapist, Mba Diani, who has been working at the hotel for over 20 years. How was it? Absolutely amazing and beyond my expectations. On my last day of staycation, Mas Irwan demonstrated great dedication and courtesy during the check-out process, ensuring everything went smoothly, knowing I was in a hurry. This is my first time writing a review because I’ve never felt compelled to write one before. I can still feel the warmth that lingers from our stay at this hotel, and I would definitely come back!

I had one of the best experiences in the hotel The room is AMAZING First night in dinner at the Jakarta And second day at breakfast, trying the Indonesian cuisine with the help of the staff that made my morning, Special thanks to Arief Abdullah, Ahmadi, Diki, Sandra, Ryan, and Faisal, you guys are wonderful and made my experience very delightful ❤️

It was our third time at Dharmawangsa and the experience was amazing! Basly from the reception took great care of us. It was our honey moon and they prepared a beautiful cake for us. Also, their restaurant is amazing. This is my favorite hotel in Jakarta. Pauline

The staff so helpfull and kind, fast respond.. they very inisiatif to help too, its so good to people like me who sometimes get shy hehe.. hope the staff stay healthy and have good life too yahh.. :) I'll be seeing you guys again tomorrow, thankyou for handling my table..

The service was superb! It was a nice place to eat because of the people behind who work hard, thanks to Arief Abdillah, Faisal, Daffa, Sandra and Affan.. This experience is unforgettable since its our first time visiting jakarta. Everytime we had our breakfast they accommodated us well. This hotel felt like home.
