The hotel staff knows little to no English.
On the first day of the stay, I inform them that the air-conditioning was not cooling the room. The staffs checked and asked me to stay in the room and wait for 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes, and received no feedback on the issue. I tried calling the reception again and the staff once again told me to wait for another 10 minutes. After waiting again for 15 minutes, no one turn up at my room to resolve the issue. I had to personally go down to the reception desk to ask for help before the technicians finally appeared to inform me that they have fixed the air-conditioning. They had me waiting in the room for more than an hour to fix the issue.
