A hotel in good location , very central of Jakarta however in my opinion it should be 3* hotel. We didn’t try breakfast there because we can find easier restaurants around the area

I was very disappointed that there were so many ants in the room. When I tried to pick up my bag on the desk, it had ants on it and I couldn't get out for a while to get rid of them. It was a disappointing experience.

A lot of complains & showing this hotel is not professional : 1. Ac on my room is not cool, when getting serviced, the freon gas is broken, takes more than an hour until they get back again 2. In the room for 4 people, some amenities are only for 2 people, 3. Breakfast, starts at 6 am, but just the drink is ready, everything else is still either being prepared or dont know what happens. 6.45 it's starting to get more ready, but food is unappetizing, fried chicken looks pale, eggs from the egg station looks messy. Also taste is not good. Potato is still half raw. Most fatal : food said it's roast chicken, but it's beef, unless they find a way to make chicken texture like beef, i think it's wrongly labeled The only good thing about my stay is that the room is spacious for 4 people. Overall, not worth every cent of my stay

1. Went into my floor lobby & it was so hot it felt like an oven 2. My room was so dark there was only 2 lights and it was on the bed no light at all till I had to request for a desk light. 3 the toilets were dirty and old rust peeled off when I sprayed on the floor. Couldn’t even wash it away. So I changed hotel after being there for 3 hours. The reception & staff were nice tho & explained to me bout things.

Have ants all over the place, bathroom is flooded The staff was very kind and willing to help but the hotel installation was not as I expected

overall good location, next plaza festival shopping mall service is great, but see ants inside room

Hotel is located in strategic location , Breakfast are Ok and room are spacious

Clean and tidy as expected, and staff super friendly.

Given a free upgrade to Suite Room. What else you want to say? Better than a normal stay!

The amenities and the facilities within the room need to be properly maintained

AC SOOOOO NOISY THE BED DEFINITELY HAS MEALY BUGS THE ELECTRICITY IN ROOM WAS OFF 2x DURING MY STAY ENOUGH SAID

My electricity didn't work when I checked into the room but they fixed it within 10min. I'm ok with this since it's a bugtet option nearby the location I had to be. Pretty cool view from my window
