This hotel has many large rooms and luxuary property. Bed room and bathroom are very comfortable for me. I have no complain as well as breakfast. Though it is difficult to access without taxi, you manage to come by bus and foot.

Very nice big room with 2 king beds.. the minus why no good sofas , no coffee table. Have a bit trouble with the water at bathroom. Excellent service of the club Lounge staffs.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Special thanks to Ms Sara who gave stickers to our child during breakfast.

Its very pleasant to stay at RCMK, the staff are really attentive and kind, the facilites are well maintained, the food is amazing, the bed also comfy, the soundproofing is really good. Will come back later.

Excellent stay with fabulous breakfast and super cool reception staff. The lady was super courteous and a real professional in hotel industry. Would recommend highly for this hotel. Close to everything.

Although the decorations and facilities are a little bygone, the staff are so kind and professional with passion to the make me feel at home. I would recommend the Ritz-Carlton Jakarta to my friends when they go to Jakarta.

Ritz Carlton is a Fantastic hotel. We've satisfied with all services and facilities. The room is very clean and comfy. So many kind of food in Breakfast and all are delicious. Location of the hotel is easy to reach. We have a special request for my daughter birthday...and this hotel made a simple birthday decoration..we appreciate it.. Thank you Ritz Carlton Hotel,, We never forget all nice experience in this hotel..and we decided to spend next journey to Ritz Carlton Hotel 🤩
