We had the most wonderful stay with Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah. Everyone is accommodating and cheerful! We were served by Reception Lady by the name of Ms Bestra (if I remembered her name correctly) during our check in and check out. She was very pleasant and kind. The breakfast was superb! The team brought a cake and surprised my son with singing Happy Birthday song! Hotel also gave us nice dessert to our room and also at the breakfast table! We will come back here again! The room itself is exceptional! It was a short 1 night with InterContinental but definitely a memorable one! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Semua baik..Namun ada beberapa part dikamar bermasalah, engsel pintu dan laci ada yg rusak (room 925). Without let us know the defition, they put me at the 'silent room' at the 9th floors , with no view at all.. Breakfast great, but my 5 y.o. son have to pay half.

Location is next to Pondok Indah Mall (direct entry to PIM 2). Clean spacious rooms, big breakfast spread and most of all, staffs are very welcoming and professional! Nice pool area and a small corner for children slides and wading pool! Highly recommended for families and shoppers!

Soo excited for the warm pool! And also outdoor playground just nice. The fitness place also had lots of treadmill and varians of type.

The best thing of this hotel is that it is connected to the mall. And it's a huge mall so lots to see, eat and do. Rooms are the standard business rooms, nothing much to shout about. Service is as expected from any 5 star hotel. not extremely great. But we did feel the service of the lobby lounge crew was better than the reception staff. Also when we were checking out, we called for bell service but nobody piked up the call. We had to bring our luggage down to the lobby ourselves.
