I stayed for 2 days in this hotel. They claim as 5-stars, however I feel like 4-stars hotel might be better in term of services. Upon arrival, the room was not ready and I was offered free upgrade. However the room for non-smoking is not available. As I tried to enter the smoking room, the smell was so awful, so I insisted to change to non-smoking room. They can find new room—said it was upgraded from previous one, but I can’t find the difference (only the floor level is higher). The next day I tried their fitness facilities. Gym room is ok, though the equipment feels old. The only problem is their pool. The water was a bit dirty and it’s so crowded unless you swim at 6 AM. Other than that, overall is ok.

Good location is in the CBD area surrounded by a few shopping malls and eatin place. The only downside is probably the non-stop traffic jam at the road in front. Breakfast selection is great, swimming pool is a bit small, gym is decent

Great Location, Excellent services, Nice pool & gym facilities, the only downside is the breakfast menu. The varieties are just good, but lack of high standard continental choices. The cuisine was a bit too indian, and the quality of food isn't special. IDK why the food standard is so low at a so called 5 stars hotel🤷🏻♂️

The facilities are old and the facilities are average. There are only two bath towels, and the bath towels have a peculiar smell and are damp, which makes them feel very unclean.

Good location. Bed is comfortable and price also good for this star. All the staff are nice and helpfull. We enjoyed our nite there specially the breakfast is amazing and a lot of choice. We will back again next time for sure

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was great 👍 We were very happy and pleased with one day stay. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.

The rooms where I stayed were not in the best condition - it’s dusty, very outdated furniture and overall it doesn’t give the same impression of the photos they put on their website. After I complained the hotel directly took action to transfer me to another room. However the room was not in the best condition either. I appreciated their efforts and the way they try to facilitate things. Unfortunately, I had to go to another hotel. Also the decision of me checking out earlier than expected was handled in a very professional matter! Compliments for their service but unfortunately the hotel isn’t worth my money.
