Ballina Beach Nature Resort

The Luxary Couples Glamping tent was awesome and the location is nice and secluded and close to the beach. Staff were great and the cafe food and coffee is really good. Only issue was we used the Message Us section in the pre-log in and asked for a tent in a quieter spot as we wanted to have a quiet, rmoantic weekend but got no response and the tent we got was right by the big water park part of it so it was super noisy all day and into the evening (around 730- 8pm) Otherwise was a great weekend and would go back but would def call them to sort preferences with tent location rather than rely on the Guest Portal. Also, if you are planning to use a taxi to get to Ballina (Ballina Taxis) be aware a lot of the drivers tend to not accept the fare due to the downtime on the river ferry so takes time even if you book in advance - make sure you add extra time.

A fantastic fined, wonderful value and superb "camping experience". The swag tent was probably only a couple of months old and was superbly equipped with a queen size bed and small kitchenette with toaster kettle and fridge. The bed for superbly comfortable and air conditioning was available if required. The nearby amenities block was also newly fitted and provided excellent showers and toilets. ( The only thing really needed was a squeegee to clean the floors after showering)

Owners are lovely! Turned up well after hours and was welcomed with a smile and a small hiccup was handled very fast and professionally! We were upgraded to one of their Glamping tents which are really beautiful, clean, air conditioned and so comfortable! Will definitely be taking the kids there for sure. Deborah

The site was very unkept, was expecting more from a premium pitch, having driven down from Cairns and stayed at quite a few camp sites this is by far the dirtiest and unkept, showers were dirty, basins dirty, toilet paper on floor and dirty, no soap for hands. Very poor
