Loved the beachfront location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the food was good, though the menu could have more variety. A few amenities need better upkeep, but overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway

It's the best place to stay in whole havelock and trust me it beat any top property in 1 second. Recommended as it's kid friendly also

Location of resort is awesome. But rooms and bathroom are not upgraded, looks very old style. Staff is ok. Very huge property. East facing beaches at the resort. Easily one can see sunrise from the room only. Food is awesome, bar place is great. Only rooms needs to be upgraded

Perfect beach resort
location is just perfect for an awesome stay with beautiful view. Food served is inhouse restaurant is delicious. Staff is very professional. We took standard cottage. Could have been a little better. Overall an a satisfied customer.

Although the resort has a private beach, the cottages were old and not maintained well and the bed linen was stinking.

The property is beautiful right by the sea, it's just a bit under rated because it's a govt property however i've had a very comfortable stay here the staff was very helpful

The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool area was a perfect place to relax. I also took advantage of the hotel’s spa services, which were truly rejuvenating. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with transportation, or just offering a warm smile, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
