Poor quality, poor hygiene, damp, mouldy, not clean. Poor food, cold food. Food unacceptable and unavailable at meals times. Quality of drinks is shocking, coffee and tea undrinkable. Staff and locals will only provide service if you tip them extra for everything they do.

Our time is over was apprehensive at first but have loved our stay the staff have been fantastic special mentions to maysa on animation team and to the cleaner of our room Boutheina. All the staff are fantastic the bar staff are amazing don't know how they do it remember people's drinks with so many orders at once.

Just returned from a wonderful 7 days at this hotel, our first time to tunisia, from the minute we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed, the receptionist kindly told us to go grab some lunch before we filled in our form, on our return he sent the waiter with a cold beer! Talk about great first impressions, During our stay it was my partners birthday, the reception manager so very kindly organised for our room to be decorated, and led me to a pre-arranged table in the restaurant where a suprise would await us, a beautifully decorated table was there, and our wonderful 3 waiters presented us with a cake and sang happy birthday, such kindness all for no cost will always be remembered, The food, we enjoyed every meal! All freshly cooked and tasteful with lots of choice for everyone, even a fussy eater as myself! Al-acarte also available but we didn’t feel the need to try, The infinity pool is absolutely beautiful, as is the white sand and clear sea, which rivals any carribean beach in my opinion, The bar service around the pool was absolutely amazing, karim and anis worked so so hard, such amazing friendly guys who cant do enough to spoil you! They don’t like to see empty glasses, and are always so polite and smiley, i am proud to call them my friends! Same Can be said to reception bar staff! All staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic people, they are hard working and friendly, they all seem so genuinely happy in their job and are so welcoming and warm its what makes this hotel that extra bit special! Its also the reason we are absolutely coming back! Huge thanks to the wonderful waiters in the restaurant who couldnt do enough for us also, special mention to soussi, what a wonderful happy man, he would have a bottle of wine and a decorated table ready for us each mealtime, so thoughful and polite! Overall a fantatic time and thank you to each and every one of you. See you next time

Absolutely Fantastic 7 Nights spent in this Amazing Hotel. My Husband and I loved every minute of it.From Checking in to Checking out we couldn't fault a single thing. The Reception staff were so friendly and Helpful, especially Imed, we had a slight problem with our Room and as soon as he knew about it he sorted it out immediately. The Food in the Hotel was superb, there was something for everyone. Pizzas, pasta, Indian section, Tunisian section, loads of vegetables, Meats, Fish, soups, Salads, fruit, the list goes on. It was all fresh and hot. The Drinks were very good and the Cocktails too. It was proper Coca Cola in bottles, not on draught.Bottled water was put in your Room every day to go in your mini fridge. All this staff were so nice, they all work extremely hard in this Hotel,a Special thank you to Anis and Karim (two of the Pool bar waiters) those two were just so efficient, you was never without a drink lying round the pool. The Animation team also were great, they got everyone involved whether it be darts, dancing, boules. The heated indoor pool is so nice and there is a spa too. The private beach was lovely and clean and there was waiter service there too. We are going to come back to this hotel. Ten out of Ten. ☀️

The hotel made a huge impression on us! It was very well-kept and the cleanliness was maintained at the highest level. The pool was large and perfect for relaxation, and an additional advantage was the proximity to the sea - literally a few steps to a beautiful beach. The food was delicious, varied and always fresh. The service deserves a huge mention - the waiters worked efficiently, making sure that we always had drinks, and the animators were full of energy and made every day full of attractions. This is a place we will definitely come back to!

The hotel and staff are lovely I don’t understand any bad reviews… We were given welcome drinks on arrival and our room was big and spotless, we booked a prestige junior suite. The restaurant/buffet was among the best I’ve had in an all inclusive (Mehdi served us every day ) the staff go above and beyond, even bringing drinks to you on the beach (mention to jamel who brought us cocktails on the beach) Also nice service from lobby bar staff the older man and younger man who’s names I didn’t get.. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and had a good chilled atmosphere. Would definitely return

Wonderful trip in a beautiful hotel and grounds Staff are excellent cannot do enough to help you. A big shout out to Ramzi, Sami and Fedi at the bar they are excellent profession friendly and attentive and made our evenings very enjoyable . Thank you so much guys

Wedding anniversary week away ❤️ Our wedding anniversary is in November and we decided to celebrate it in Tunisia in Jaz Tour Khalef Hotel. The flight was only 2 hours 40 minutes which was perfect. The bus drivers from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport were very helpful and friendly. When we saw the hotel from the bus window looked even nicer than on photos. We walked to the lobby and could not belive how clean and luxurious everything looked. The design is beautiful, everything looks so well looked after. The check in was smooth and while we waited for our room we were offered drinks. Barman Ben Salah served us amazing cocktails while we waited for our room. He is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable from day one. We received our keys and went to the bedroom. The room was very nice, bed was big and comfortable, bathroom had an amazing shower with really good water pressure. Bedsheets were crispy and good quality. We had lovely see view which is great addition in a morning and evening when you have your drink ☕️ on a balcony. Balcony is really good size and has nice furniture to enjoy the view . We got ready and went downstairs to the restaurant, lovely Mondher and his friend Sabhi looked after everyone really well. Next day bfast we met again them and were looked after by them ❤️. Then we went to the beach ️. Beach was very clean and launchers were really comfortable. The two gentlemens from the beach bar needs special mention Jamel and Fehri. Nothing is too much for them. They are very friendly and they look after all beach guests all the time. Jamel was there 6 days during our stay and he will know after day one which is your favourite drink which makes your time at the beach even special. And his ice coffee is to die for ☕️❤️. The snack bar next to the swimming pool is managed most of the time by lovely and friendly Sahbi . He will remember your name next day and will remember what is your favourite drink and sitting spot. He is such a an amazing person. In an evening we would go the the bar on first floor and two gentleman’s were just superstars who will advise you on your drink choice and serve you with a smile Thameur and Aymen. The housekeeping lady who cleaned our room was always smiling and making the room look very nice. She would even know what tea to replace for you as she would know that Verbena was the one I like. The cleaning lady next to the beach always put nice flowers in toilets and even would give you a beautiful flowers to put in your hair for your photos . Thank you so much to everyone for making our wedding anniversary week away so special .

The location of the hotel is right access to all transport links , very clean and friendly hotel . Pay the little bit extra and treat yourself to quality hotel and service The food choices is very good and choice of drinks at the bar Never ask hotel for taxi wal to main gate and make sure you ask the price before getting in. For the most part, JAZ Tour Khalef is a beautiful hotel and a wonderful place to stay, however there are a few markers that tar its 5* rating. Let's start with the positives. The staff obviously take great pride in their work and that is reflected in the aesthetics and cleanliness of the foyer, as well as the attitude of the staff. The marble floors are polished daily and throughout my stay, I did not see any dust, which is remarkable given the size of the property. The staff are polite and friendly, many of whom went above and beyond what I would expect, even from a 5* establishment. I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Karim, who quickly learned my usual drink order and would bring me refreshments from as soon as he noticed me by the pool, right up until when I retired to my room, without me even having to ask once. I would also like to thank Ahmed, who was extremely attentive whenever I dined in the restaurant - I would return to my table with my food to find juice, water and coffee already at my table ready for me. The last person who really stood out in terms of going above and beyond I unfortunately did not catch his name, so I am hoping the hotel will know who I am referring to and pass on my gratitude. He was on the beach at dawn the morning of Tuesday January 28, raking the sand around the recliners and gestured for me to pass him my phone so that I could have some photos of myself on the beach with the sun rising in the background. He came up with lots of fun poses and the photos came out wonderfully. I was very appreciative. My room was spacious and luxurious, the shower pressure was great. I spent 95% of my days on one of the sunbeds that are actually in the pool, which are wonderful for privacy but also the comfiest place to be in the entire hotel. I would spend 6-8 hours on them a day and would have stayed on longer if I could (going in January, the air is not warm after sunset). I expect during peak times these beds in particular are fought over viciously. On my coldest day at the hotel, I visited the indoor pool, which was a lovely warm temperature. It is very small, however and sunbed space around the pool is limited - when it gets busy in there the noise is echoey and shrill due to the size and roundness of the room. Moving onto the aspects that tarnished the 5* rating... The beds are very firm, which if you are not used to, makes uncomfortable sleeping. The balcony furniture is very uncomfortable, which is a shame as it ruins a peaceful evening read. The railings on my balcony had badly peeled in the past and then just been painted over, leaving it looking messy and unattractive. The mini-fridge in my room was also barely cold, which made drinks marginally more drinkable than room-temperature, however anything high-risk, such as milk for coffee, would have spoiled. Some of the light switches in my room did nothing and the switch panel for the bathroom was loose and rickety. Whilst I am sure the entert
